I ordered and paid for two pairs of trainers

Only one arrived.

No customer service. No response to emails. It’s now been 4 weeks with no response. There is no contact number!

Avoid.

The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectation. I highly recommend this business.

This might be my first trust pilot review, but I had to take my time out for this company.

I saw Lusso Usato on eBay. I wanted a good pair of sneakers within a week; as I had a flight to catch, so I looked on eBay and eBay had listed a time frame of more than a week to receive sneakers from every seller using authenticity guarantee, but looking at the quality of Lusso Usato’s sneakers listed I had no doubt in its authenticity.

I had contacted Lusso Usato and got in contact with Connor using eBay messaging, and also I had found out about it’s website.

So Connor helped the transition go very smooth and promised me express delivery by checking out from their website, hard to find business that don’t match your needs and sell overpriced uncleaned sneakers

Whomever is reading this…give it a try, are the best website when it comes to pre-loved sneakers and they care about their customers ! They professionally clean sneakers and list them at good prices…

I don’t know why this business has not blown enough yet…

Anyway much said, in the process I got my sneakers in excellent condition the next day and they have gained a returning customer 👍

I hope they get more recognition.

Also I wasn’t paid to write this, I just had to give my word, so you guys can try it out

Do not order from here, ordered with next day delivery and nothing has arrived and has now been 2 weeks. I emailed them and got a response to say if not received by the following week to email which I did and now they are ignoring my emails.

Excellent condition 👏🏿 👌 and price wasn't bad either, though it took a while to arrived contrary to the initial 24 to 48 hours promised on the website, but other than that, I'm pleased with my order.

Please people do not buy anything from this,they are not serios people,I buy something I return because I don't like and they don't process my return I have prove they received but I don't understand why doing like that

For your peace of mind, please avoid these people. They will cause you depression.

I want to cancel my order phoned emailed and messaged on Instagram and no reply still waiting for reply and also the cancellation as well through clear pay I ordered on the Saturday and cancelled the Sunday.

Placed an order on the 5th never got my order cannot get hold of anyone!! i want my money back urgently and need someone respond back SCAMMERS!!

I receive an damage, used, dirty shoe and i pay 289£. I received my refound after 1week and a half.

At first didn’t think it’s legit because of the reviews I saw on trust pilot of people getting scammed but then I text them on insta and they replied near enough straight away letting me know when I’m expecting my balenciagas. Shoes have now come and all I can say is WOW. Look brand new with box and everything. I recommend them.
