Luther Bennett Avis

We absolutely love Rain’s XL Travel Pod! 🐾 It’s been so useful when we’re travelling, especially for hotel stays, as it gives her a comfortable and familiar space to settle in wherever we are. It’s spacious enough for her to stretch out, really well made and easy to take with us. A must-have for any dog who loves adventures as much as Rain does! ❤️

The travel pod was dispatched the same day we ordered it and it arrived the next day. Customer service was excellent and when my husband emailed with a question prior to ordering the response was speedy and helpful. Our 11 week old puppy loves his new bed and promptly fell asleep in it on his first journey.

There is a problem with a zip on the pod. I emailed a photo but have not received a response. I tried calling the phone number but it is not connected.
Very poor after-sales experience

Customer service is excellent. Delivery was excellent and fast and the product is on another level of superb.. my dog absolutely loves it. He nestles down, puts his head over the side and sleeps. And I really feel like he’s safe.

Absolutely incredible. The service from start to finish has been brilliant. Delivery was fast, packaged fantastic, and I love that your able to put the pod together yourself - with the help of four paws!
The pods are truly fantastic, insane quality and extremely safe and secure, meaning my dogs are now able to travel comfortably, settled and not anxious at all. It's been a game changer for those longer car journeys and holidays. Even better, we can use it as a bed for holiday too, the dogs couldn't be happier or us.
Beautiful options available, with simply stunning colours, I think I could have one of EVERY colour. Thank you so much guys x

Beautiful quality as always. Ice loves his new portable bed that matches his travel pod, perfectly. Delivery was exceptional

Excellent customer service.

I was a bit sceptical because of the cost but this has made mine and my cocker spaniel’s life much easier. He loves sitting in the car but it wasn’t stable for him whenever I turned or breaked. Now he’s comfy, safe, he can curl up and sleep, and I don’t have to worry. The isofix model is great quality and very stable. It takes a bit of wrangling to get all the pillows in the cover, but it’s worth it!

We recently purchased a Luther Bennett pod to bring home our new pup Mabel. We were so pleased with the quality of the pod and excellent customer service. So was Mabel, she settled in for her 250 Mile ride home within minutes there was hardly a peep.
Mabel however brought home her sister too, Maisie 🐶🐶🐾🐾. Without hesitation a 2nd pod was ordered. Maisie was even quicker to settle. They now think they are being chauffeured around in the luxury they deserve 😁😁

I haven’t bought anything from this company, but I’m not really into five stars because I feel that a lot of them just tell you about the product rather than the company itself. So here’s my issue, they continue to promote their company on all social media telling you how great these products are, but when you’re actually come to buying one of a certain colour and of a certain size despite being also very expensive in the first place, they’re never in stock, but they’re prepared to take your money for the larger of the pods. I’m sorry but I’m not convinced by this company. If they were so great they wouldn’t need to continue with social media platforms, and so called influencers in order to promote their stuff. I would’ve loved to have purchased one of those but I’m also very sceptical and not prepared to lose a vast amount of money through false advertising which I think this clearly is.
I’ve also looked at the lower star rating, which really would give you more of an insight of why I would be very sceptical to buy from them.
Such a shame because I would’ve happily purchased the extra large in the colour that I wanted had it not been constantly out of stock , but they were prepared to take the money anyway.

The speed of delivery was excellent, but I would have found it useful to have some printed instructions - I live in an area with poor mobile signal so could not watch the video whilst fitting the bed in the car for the first time. I landed up printing them out to take out to the car.
My dog is still a puppy and keen exploration - so far he has spent more time outside the bed (albeit safely tethered) than in it but I'm hoping that he'll get the hand of sleeping on long journeys soon!

Fast delivery and the quality of the large pod is fantastic!

Lots of positives about this lovely purchase:
Immediate confirmation of my order as soon as I made the purchase and additional contact emails thereafter.
Product arrived just 2 days later, was well packaged and easy to assemble.
Travel pod is made of high quality materials and is stylish, smart and safe.
I would highly recommend this great company to anyone who is willing to pay a little extra as you will certainly be glad you did. Thanks Luther Bennett for a great customer experience!

Excellent customer service. First class product X-LARGE Dog Pod that has enabled me to travel long distance safely with an anxious dog

Love the new car seat, so plush and comfortable for my puppy. The quality is superior!
My only complaint was lack of instructions along with the pod on the assembly of the actual car seat.

The pod is good quality and very well made. It is as expected but we are struggling to get out dog to stay in it in the car. Time will tell.

Brilliant from start to finish! Dog lives it and so do daughter and wife!! X

Great quality products. Arrived quickly.

Excellent service from Luther Bennett.
Pods arrived very quickly and easy to put together.
Ruby and Bertie love their new pods in the car.
Very good quality.
