Luther Bennett Avis

I called midday on a Friday asking if an XL pod could be delivered on the Saturday - and they did it for me, without hesitation. Pod arrived in time for us to use for 5hour round trip on the Sunday.
Dog was happy snoozing in the back, in his plush new pod, with no issues. Will be using again this weekend for a trip too.

The pod is incredibly straightforward to put together and install, barely takes any time at all. The overall quality is great, you can see it is well made, the material is of excellent standard and looks like it will last a long time.

Couldn’t be happier with the pod or the customer service.

My dog loves it he is in it even when it’s not in the car

Parcel was well wrapped and arrived when they said.
Easy to put together and have tried to get my dog interested… work in progress!! Quality is great and looks easy to clean.
Yet to try it in the car.

Purchased dog pod for my lagotto. The dog pod was beautiful and very well made, exactly as described. Unfortunately it was too small for her. We returned pod and was refunded.

Great product and excellent customer care .. Billy loves his posh car seat and we have had many hours of fun in this summer sun with the roof down . Quality is awesome and everything delivered on time !! Thank you for helping me .

I was only going to use it as a car seat / travel bed but after a little initial hesitation we now can’t get our spaniel out of this bed! Rosie gives it a full 4 paws!

I ordered the travel dog pod in diesel colour for my English Bulldog. I wanted something for him to allow him to sit in the front safely next to me. He is a nervous dog whilst travelling and likes to be right next to me. I have struggled upto now to find a bed for the front thats comfy but sturdy enough to keep him safe and secure. It took him alittle while to get used to but Luther Bennett provided lots of tips with the pod to allow him to adapt to it. Now he loves his new pod bed and i love having him next to me on our little road trips.
A beautifully made travel pod bed that is of such high quality and comfort. I have an older dog nearly 10 years old and i wanted a comfy bed for his joints. I highly recommend to everyone who wants to provide home comforts on car journeys whilst keeping their dog as safe as possible. Great purchase.

Great product and delivered really quickly - very impressed!

Excellent quality product, well worth the cost and fantastic customer service. I will definitely be using again. Will and would highly recommend to any dog owner. 👍

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Outstanding — Our pooch Loves Her Dog Pod! 🐾

I purchased a Luther Bennett travel dog pod last week and I am absolutely delighted with it!

I was looking for a new travel seat/bed for our Cockapoo, and safety was, of course, our number one priority, closely followed by comfort. We travel a lot and sometimes for many hours, so I wanted something that was genuinely safe, comfortable, practical and made from quality materials.

The Luther Bennett pod has exceeded my expectations. The quality is exceptional, including the beautifully soft inner cushions, which stand out enormously compared with other dog seats I have bought previously. It feels substantial, luxurious and built to last.

I also love how practical it is. The outer material can easily be wiped clean, while the covers can be removed and machine washed — absolutely perfect for muddy paws, especially with winter approaching!

The ISOFIX brackets are brilliant. Once fitted alongside the straps, the pod felt incredibly secure and wasn’t going anywhere. It gives me real peace of mind knowing Peppa is travelling safely.

And the cleverest feature? It converts into a luxurious dog bed! We travel so much that I no longer need to pack a separate bed. Just brilliant!

I was also really impressed with the Luther Bennett website. It is informative, easy to navigate and I particularly loved seeing the customer photos and videos. The fantastic feedback from other dog owners gave me complete confidence that I had found the right product.

From the website experience to the speedy processing and delivery, everything has been excellent.

Thank you, Luther Bennett, for creating such a safe, comfortable, stylish and beautifully made product for our precious four-legged ‘cargo’.

Our girl gives it a very enthusiastic five-paw approval! 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾

Anton and his AI customer service staff are compulsive liars.

Ordered replacement skins on 11/07 when they were in stock.

Told they were arriving 13/08 to 17/08.
Nothing. Emailed again. Said they were coming. NOTHING. DPD tracking number issued. NOTHING. Absolutely shocking.

Then my order gets cancelled this morning. Maybe because I called him out on lying on numerous occasions.

Anton has no idea how to run a business

Great communication All queries were answered and I felt valued as a customer. Nothing is too much when contacting customer services. My dachshund who is recovering from IVDD loves his dog pod and I feel he is kept safe and secure in it
I liked the product so much I’m purchasing a second one for my other dachshund
Great quality product and have no regrets making this purchase

My experience with Luther Bennett was outstanding. Quick, polite and informative responses to my questions both before and after purchase. Would definitely recommend them and would not hesitate to purchase from them again. Brilliant, keep up the good work!

Excellent customer service and product quality. Check the size carefully for your dog before ordering to make sure it’s the right size.

The website is very welcoming and a lovely range of luxurious car beds. Very detailed write up of each item along with information about the size of dog they fit. The isofix feature and colour and obvious high quality sold it for me.
The bed arrived next day, beautifully packaged and as soon as I opened the box I honestly thought “wow”. Our cavalier thought it too as she was straight in the bed checking it out. She absolutely loved her 1st journey using it and I have now got used to hearing her snoring away in the back seat. Only the best for our dog and she certainly has it with this. Can not recommend enough. Fits perfectly on the rear seat of my mini. Very happy customer.

Great quality premium product. Delivered quickly & simple to put together.
I have a 14 year old Pug who now loves his car journeys in his new dog seat.
Milo is comfortable, no longer stressed & I am happy that he is safe & comfortable.

Good, high quality luxuriously padded doggy car seat which we bought for our two small dogs to sit together. Unfortunately, seat was not big enough to comfortably seat both dogs so we had to return it. Luther Bennet was extremely helpful with my return. Would definitely buy from them again.

So, so helpful and accessible! ie We had an issue which was very quickly resolved. Wonderful customer service and great product.

Although my dog didn’t get on with pod. I received a full refund with no questions asked and a wonderful email wishing my dog well after his illness. Thank you so much brilliant service

Great product well made, dog settled into it first time in car and slept soundly. Very happy dog and owner.
