Luther Bennett Avis

My apologies! I realise I posted my original review about the wrong product! Bought this for my mini poodle 7kg and Maltipoo puppy hoping they would both share it and be happy in it. My poodle loves it. The Maltipoo puppy it’s just much too big for. She is swamped and it isn’t safe for her. When she gets bigger I am not sure they will both fit. Thought about sending it back but my poodle likes it so we are keeping but still haven’t worked out what to do with the puppy!

Archie my toy poodle loves his new car seat. Everything handled very professionally, I am delighted with my purchase.

From start to finish this Company is amazing. I ordered on Monday and it was Delivered on Wednesday. Communication is great and they kept me informed all the way through. The product is well made and easy to fit. Just hope my dog likes it now.

Very helpful and understanding company. All questions answered and swift response.
The product is as it states

This is definately my best buy. We had a long journey planned to Scotland and I wanted something comfortable and safe for my dog. He absolutely loves it. Snuggles in and gets comfy and sleeping on it in our holiday cottage. Bonus the bed was delivered within 2 days of ordering.

The car pod is superb quality. It arrived quickly. Communication from Luther Bennett has been excellent. Waiting for cooler weather before trying my dog in it. It was an expensive purchase, but the quality is worth it.

Quick delivery and an amazing product

The Luther Bennett dog pod is a very well designed and produced product that uses high quality fabrics and hardware. The website is easy to navigate and customer service is exemplary in answering questions and getting the product delivered to your door. The best part? —my dog loves being in the pod, and I feel confident that she is traveling safely!!!

Really delighted with my xl travel pod . Excellent quality and my dog looks to comfortable travelling

Ordering was simple and delivery was really quick. We have a 12 week old puppy and she loves it, she settles really well when travelling and we use it as a bed when we visit anywhere. It’s not the cheapest on the market but the quality speaks for itself. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

Excellent service. There was a mistake with my order- I ordered a ‘duo’ set of beds and they emailed the next day to say it was being sent out.

Absolutely wonderful service! Rayelle was so warm and friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you!

After a nightmare experience with another dog product company (non-delivery, no response, had to file a chargeback), I was understandably nervous ordering online again. On top of that, I’d already tried multiple solutions to help my cocker spaniel settle, a crate seat, his home bed, keeping him on the floor, nothing worked and he was always restless. Luther Bennett completely restored my faith. Ordered a dog bed and it arrived the very next day. The quality is genuinely impressive, well made and clearly built to last, and most importantly my dog absolutely loves it and finally settles properly. You can tell straight away this is a company that actually cares about what they sell and who they sell it to. Couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Had to contact about the straps being too big for our seats. I received a reply within the hour informing me shorter straps are available. Really happy with the service.

Absolutely gorgeous products
Now have 2 puppy Cavapoochons so I’m buying the XL pod for them to travel together.
Very comfy, very safe and very stylish travel pod for my fur babies 💕🐶🐾👍🏻👍🏻

Excellent product delivered on time. My dog seems to love it and I feel happy that he is safe in the car.

My naughty dog chewed through her harness and customer service have been brilliant sorting a replacement

Brilliant service and advice from everyone I have interacted with. That includes from my inital enquiry to after sales feedback I provided. Thank you to the whole team! It is a luxury product and excellent customer service that follows!

After seeing the travel pod on the wolfepack and owning a very nervous staffie (only when it comes to the car!!) we decided to get one.
Once assembled (packaging is great and it’s easy to assemble) we did look at it and think it was going to be too small but it fits perfectly on the front seat of the Mini and Mabel loves it. She’s still nervous on our way for a walk but once tired out she snuggles in and is quite content.
Although the pod may seem a bit pricey compared to some on the market, it is excellent quality and the fact you can wash it without the padding in is a game changer.
Would highly recommend the travel pod.
