We have a Staffy who likes going places in the car and we thought this would be a good comfort option for him. The Dog Pod 2.0 size guides were very inaccurate, he’s only 7 months and can only fit in an upright position, squeezed in, which lead to him not relaxing in the car. The material is quality but very loud when he moves or tries to get comfy, this triggered anxiety he hadn’t shown in the car before as every time he moved it scuffed/crinkled loudly and left him very restless/unable to settle. The material is easy to clean but does not allow your dog to cool down if you are taking them back after a walk, we found the lack of breathability in the material meant he was not able to cool off and this resulted in excessive drooling and panting getting louder, combined with/making worse his not being able to settle. It is a luxury product but for us it didn’t live up to the expectation, we followed guidance on getting your dog familiar with it etc. We have since opted for a different travel bed for the car and all of these issues have been resolved which leaves me concluding that this bed was not good for him. We returned for refund, be careful as there are rules about returns that don’t quite match the usage it will get during the 45 day trial period and returns are at the customers expense.

Luther Bennett dog pod is great - a real investment. I’ve upgraded to the isofix 2.0 which gives extra safety and not disappointed.

Very pleased with the quality of the product, ease of putting it together and delivery. Took my dog out yesterday using the pod and he seemed to like it.

My dog was not coping with travelling in our campervan at all. I nearly gave up trying. It has taken effort and training but he has finally cracked it. I believe his travel pod has played a massive part in helping him feel safe and secure. Great product. He looks so relaxed and comfy in it. I never thought he would manage it.

I bought one of these for my new puppy . I collected her on Wed and had a 9.5 hour journey back it was horrendous . She absolutely loved her seat she attempted to get herself out and changed her mind and got back in it. We’ve been out today she just snuggles in it and is so calm . This really is a fantastic bit of kit. Expensive yes but worth every penny I can’t recommend this pod enough it really does relax them in the car

Really pleased with our purchase, it is a premium product but well worth the money and will last our 10 week old pup through to adulthood. Very easy to fit in the car and he is nice and secure!

Looks beautiful, very easy to fix into car and feels much safer than other car seats.

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. A zipper issue on a £165 product was met with a £12.50 compensation offer to ignore it. They refused to send a replacement cover unless I returned the old one leaving me with no car seat! Leaving me at maximum inconvenience because of their poor quality zip design. Despite photos and videos being sent they were completely unhelpful and failed to offer any compromise or solution. I then proposed paying for a cover at the reduced price of £65, as advertised when purchasing the seat, to be refunded when the faulty cover was returned. They emailed an invoice for £95! My advice is avoid this shoddy company at all costs and purchase your pooches seat elsewhere! Overpriced, poor customer services and no one contacts you via telephone despite multiple requests!

Further to their reply, each declined because I do not trust this company. They are charlatans and my advice is not to purchase any of their over price and poorly made products. They have not compromised on anything and all options leave me without a car seat despite this being their fault and not mine for producing products with sharp, poor quality zipping mechanisms. These products can cause harm to your pet!

I was let down by another supplier, found Luther Bennett online looked like a fantastic product, needed a bed for my doggo so promptly ordered Monday night at 10:00pm. I received the bed by Wednesday at 1:00pm. Fantastic service, and the bed looks brilliant great quality, it will get thoroughly tested this weekend, really pleased.you get what you pay for, is the lesson learned.
