The first versions of the songs were almost perfect, capturing everything based on my inputs, with nice lyrycs. But the tweak process didn't work as expected. Maybe due to the accuracy of the changes requested (I think a live chat between the user and luvtune would help luvtune to better understand the ckient requests, which I am conviced are not crystal clear many times. In any case, I definitely recommend Luvtune, they did a great job and got in touch by email when I had questions.

I mess up with my wife and I had to made a song dedicated to her, she really loved it.

Overall, a high quality experience. Superb how they converted my words into two well crafted songs. I created the songs for our 20th wedding anniversary. Unfortunately I created them a month in advance. Every time I listened to them tears came to my eyes. Finally after the first week I had to share them with my wife. She cried, I cried. It was wonderful. Now we're listening to them daily, 4 weeks before our anniversary. Luvtune is an excellent company to work with. We will share the experience with family and friends.

I rec'd the song, I asked for a revision, they did it, then I asked for a second revision which i had to pay for. I paid for it and nothing, all communication stopped, it's been 2 days, nothing, the website says within 24 hrs?

I gave a short list, by the prompts of memories in my journey that were meaningful for me and the song created was want I have in my heart already
