Process was simple and progressive. The effect the song had was exactly what I intended and they made it happen. I'd do this again in a heartbeat.

I waited until the last minute then came up with an ideas of a custom song for our 60th anniversary. I saw a YouTube clip and thought, that would be a great idea so I gave it a shot, they created the song in less than 24 hours, corrected a small error (most likely mine) then got it back to me asap.

My wife loved it, my adult girls boo-hooked over it.

The song was perfect. A friend of mine, put it in a video that she made for the celebration of life for Nancy yesterday. A lot of my friends had to bring out the napkins and paper towels to wipe up their tears in their eyes.

I need to praise a small company called LuvTune, and I haven’t even heard my song yet. I made an error on the last page of registering where I had to pay. The price point was almost triple of their promised $99.00 and I could not figure out why! I immediately wrote to the company website and no sooner than I hit “send”, I hear the notification, “you’ve got mail”. That fast! Surely I was expecting to wait days. Nope! In fact, the very owner of the company responded to my email help immediately! Even though it was 11pm in the evening! They were sincere and oh so helpful in helping me figure out what I had done which was click more than what I needed to, whereby making the total amount astronomical. I was reassured immediately that its $99.00. Well let me tell you how relieved I was. I quickly wrote back thanking and praising them for their immediate response to me. And we continued to write back and forth in real time! Never in my life have I ever had a company resolve something so quick for me! I haven’t even heard my song yet, but am so assured and content that it will be nothing less than perfect coming from them! I simply had to share my experience and I cannot wait to come back and tell you all about my song as I highly recommend them! I’m uber excited and wish I could give 10 stars!

Amazing! A memory to last forever

I was so pleased with the song when it arrived. They had used every piece of info I gave them and used them really well. My fiancé was blown away when I played it in the car and had very happy tears. Seeing her react like that made every penny worth it. We were travelling 4 hours to York and I played it again an hour later, which again brought happy tears. Thank you all at LuvTune.

the process was fairly straight forward, but where it went off the rails was the editing process. I liked the original song produced, but there were two words that needed change, went from a fall reference to a summer reference. I had bought one "revision" credit, and the words in the song were changed BUT the written lyrics were not revised to match, I then spent days trying to get the word sheets to match the new revised song, and NO LUCK, i kept getting automated emails for a response and continued to try to reach a real human to help and NOTHING....Im frustrated that the error was their fault and they still expected me to pay more to fix it....NOPE. so I stopped trying, getting too frustrated. Stay away, its AI and not human interaction...

Picked the two-song option for our 45-wedding anniversary and had tears listening to each. An absolute pleasure. The lyrics depict my wonderful wife and life so well. Thank you
