I ordered a bubble egg chair and it was delivered very quickly on the date I was informed. The delivery driver Costal Rotaru was very helpful with getting the chair into my home. I would defo recommend buying from this site.

Order delayed then cancelled

Purchased a clock in September, waited 2 weeks for delivery, the clock arrived and instead of 80cms it was 60cms, someone had hand written over the 80cms to write 60cms on the delivery note, they had the incorrect details on the website, price for 60cm on 80cms clock, complained, returned, told for weeks that the correct clock would be delivered, nothing, chased again, then advised delivery would be December, then email out of no where to say that they have cancelled our order!

I agree with all the others

I agree with all the others. DO NOT ORDER anything from them. I got a confirmation email that the order was in progress. Then when I tried to reply for follow up, the email bounced back. I couldn't even find a phone number or alternative email. Total scam!!

This company is a joke ordered 2 ornaments for mothers day after numerous emails and promises of delivery still no items!!!!! PayPal has now taken over but after just reading a review saying they have ceased trading I doubt I am gonna see the money!!!! These people should be found & charged with theft & fraud how much money have they made from this scam!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Don't ever order from this company!! I ordered 5 pieces of furniture from them 2 months ago and NEVER received a single item!! Speaking to both my bank and PayPal to get my money back right now and hope to god I can get it back so I can buy the same items from another company!!! For anyone else who has been scammed, it looks like they copied WILLOW AND BLOSSOM, the company who I have now bought my items from but are actually LEGITIMATE and provide excellent customer service!! Anyone else who still wants their items but from a TRUSTED company try their website or ebay page!! GOOD LUCK!! xxx

Total Scam!

A total waste of my time and money! Keeping people waiting weeks/months for items they have ordered. Keeping saying they are experiencing warehousing problems and our items would be delivered next week, then the next and then the next and next week comes and goes with no delivery!! And now Luxe have ceased trading. I saved for weeks to place my order and now I daren’t reorder the same items Off ebay in case the same thing happens again and I am out of pocket! Beware of these scam companies!

avoid like the plague!

I’ve been scammed by these absolute sharks too, took my money and goods never arrived, I’ve emailed countless times and get the same reply - that goods will be sent end of next week, I also phoned and got a receptionist who said that she would pass message on to customer service as they were not contactable by phone. I paid with my debit card so no chance of getting money back, lesson learnt - don’t be fooled by websites that look slick! Hard earned money gone down the drain - what an appalling way to treat people.

Same as everyone else! My purchase was 18.03.18 and expected delivery date was 3-5 days after 3 weeks I checked on the website and the product then said dispatch date 26.04 so I emailed them and they said simply out of stock so they'll be sending on the 26th! Now I've checked the website and they've "ceased trading"!!! Took my money immediately but never intended to send me the products. There is a new website "Luxeinteriors" coming soon if these are the same couple I have no idea but I came across that when typing it in my search bar. theluxeinteriors.co.uk looks very similar.

This company has now ceased trading. It is on the banner on their website. Absolutely appalled at the service. I ordered on the 22nd February and, like everyone else, money taken but not received goods. I have now lodged this with the credit card company. Just letting people know if you are still trying to chase them - they have added to their website for you to contact your payment provider. Good luck everyone!!

Waiting for order have taken my money sent bottom half of candle holder have lost count of phone call agent was polite still nothing I wish a refund can’t even contact them for this have lost phone number very bad customer care by the way this has been dragging on for probably five to six weeks

Absolute sharks!

Absolute sharks! I ordered at the beginning of March and they have taken my money. Still no goods! I have messaged them on Facebook and sent emails 4 times they have blocked me on Facebook and won't answer my emails. Give me my money back! Don't buy from them they are definitely con artists

Ordered 17th feb on pre order, meant to have been released by 27th Feb, were in April no sign, no communication, every time I contacted it was a generic message, please allow 7 days for your goods to arrive. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Bunch of con artists, I’m dubious about those positive reviews. Steer clear!!

Do not order from this company. There Facebook page has either been taken down or shut down. They take people’s money but do not send the goods. I have reported them to consumer rights who are going to pass it on to trading standards. Disgraceful scam artists

Ordered items in February totalling…

Ordered items in February totalling nearly £1000 - not received items and now they are ignoring my e mails. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.
They have now gone into liquidation - so not gonna get my goods or my money.

I ordered items 21 days ago and still…

I ordered items 21 days ago and still not received. I had a reply to one of my emails around 2 weeks ago to say they were having problems with their warehouse but now all resolved and I would get my order that week. Now they are ignoring all my emails and messages. I See on Instagram there are loads of customers in similar situations. Would not buy from them again and now going to involve my bank.
