This business has gone dark

I have ordered from them for years and now when I try to check out the same item I’ve always purchased it tells me they don’t ship to the US. There is no explanation as to why or any information the FAQ’s as to what is going on. Really disappointing.
Updated: I have emailed them 3 times inquiring about this and have received no response. This business does not appear to be operating.

April 2026 update: this site has still not resumed shipping into the US and has not updated its website to reflect its actual shipping policies and for months and months and months and months continues to say that they ship worldwide, including to the US, but when you actually attempt to do that you will find it they do not. Odd that they have time to respond to individual reviews on this website, but can’t be bothered to update their website to include clear accurate messaging to their customers about their shipping policies

My order was refunded twice with no explanation, and no communication from the store when I sent them questions. I have ordered in the past, but this last experience has been very disappointing and less than professional.

There's a reason they're the best. PERIOD.

I absolutely love this company. Being a performer requires that I look my best at all times. Hands down, you will not find a better company to work with. Period.
My biggest obstacle has always been finding lenses that work specifically with dark eyes. I've had plenty of contacts that were for costume purposes but I never had lenses that actually stop people around me just so they can compliment my eyes. Literally because they think I was born with them.
When I first ordered from Luxe I was skeptical because they didn't look like they would cover, let alone transform the color of my eyes. But they did so beyond all doubts and expectations.
I can't stress this enough. If you are looking for lenses that will absolutely transform your eyes, look no further.
The quality of their work is impeccable. What's more is that it really won't sink in until you have someone almost argue that you must be lying that you weren't born with those eyes. Their commitment to their craft, the precision & quality of their work speaks for itself and is extremely evident in their products.
To top it all off, you will never find better customer service. EVER. I have been a customer now for 2 years, been in many different situations dealing with travel, and no matter what, whether at home or abroad, their team has has been the most helpful group of individuals I have ever encountered.
There aren't enough words in the English language to describe how amazing their customer service team is. They have absolutely made me feel like family, which is why I will always remain a loyal customer.
If you haven't seen what they have to offer and ordered from them yet, you have no idea what you are missing out on.
So, shut up, go to their site, and see why those of us that have are lucky to have found them. You have now been notified and have no excuses left....besides, all the cool kids are doing it.

Do yourself a favor and order from Luxe Lenses!

I am so happy to have found Luxe Lenses. I can’t tell you how many knock off solitica contacts I have received from horrible websites but luxe lenses sells authentic solitica, every color option, and I received my contacts within 4 days with just standard shipping. They also packaged it so nicely and even threw in a free pair of contacts to try! Do yourself a favor and only order solitica lenses from Luxe Lenses. I have told so many of my clients about this site and they all have had great experiences too! Great job Luxe Lenses this is how you run a business!!

Best company for a wide range of lenses and exceptional customer service. They answer all questions, provided me with great coupon and even threw in a free lense. I love them, I will only be ordering from them going forward. Also they reply very quickly via whatspp and I'm very pleased

If you guys are looking to purchase solotica lenses I would recommend to first look up the pictures of the other people wearing the color you want so you know how it appear on your eyes.shipping is so fast.i just ordered from for the first time and lenses are great good quality and I love them

No communication.

First, these contacts are shipped from Dubai and good luck getting ahold of them when you buy two pairs of the same color you ordered before and they send you the wrong contacts. Now I’m out the $170 for the contacts, plus the expedited shipping. Other than that, the color I actually ordered but didn’t get is amazing.

I’m from New York I order my lenses with doubts that maybe they will not arrived on time or poor quality. My lenses arrived in 2 days from Dubai . DHL was in contact with me all the time. I’m super happy and glad with my contacts . They look amazing ♥️ Btw I order Hidrocor Mel and in dark brown eyes look amazing . Thanks !!

Unauthorized charges

This company call themselves charging my card extra money to “manually verify” my card. It wasn’t authorized and I paid the extra 24 dollars for 2-3 day shipping so not only did they not ship it or even offer to refund me the money, they are not supposed to charge your card if it’s not authorized. They sent me a refunded status. Now I’m waiting for my money to go back on my card. Go to a more professional place.

Use CAUTION when ordering!

I ordered some prescription Solotica lenses, and within a day of my order I was informed that they were out of stock. Luxe Lenses offered to send a different pair that they did have in stock, or a refund. At this point the payment had not yet gone through. I opted to cancel my order because the lenses they offered as replacement were a color I didn’t want. I messaged and told them this. Days later, my payment processed; the order had not been cancelled. I messaged again requesting a refund. I got no response or refund, and ended up having to open a case with PayPal. The seller never responded to them either, and I had to wait for the time to run out before PayPal could close my case. It was of course decided in my favor and I was fully refunded. Thank goodness I didn’t just pay with my credit card, probably never would have gotten my money back. I placed my order on August 5th, my case closed and I got my refund on the 17th.

In response to seller: This could have all been solved had my order just been canceled by you when I requested. I would have more understanding had I received any response from your company. You are very quick to reply to this negative review, but once I said I wanted my money back all I got was silence. Mistakes happen, and yes I understand things are different because of the pandemic, but basic customer service and communication is still a necessity if you run a business. Sadly, I would never order again and would caution others to do so as well.
