I worked with Luxe Mattresses & Beds UK…
I worked with Luxe Mattresses & Beds UK on a marketing project, and unfortunately, they failed to pay me for the work I completed. Despite multiple follow-ups via email, they stopped responding entirely.
I’m sharing this so that other freelancers, agencies, and service providers are aware before working with them. It’s always disappointing to have to write a review like this, but I would strongly advise caution when engaging in business with Luxe Mattresses & Beds UK.

Hi Ben, sorry for the late reply! We don’t work with individuals directly, we collaborate with marketing agencies such as Ad Rank One, CapT, and a few others. It might have been a mistake
Excellent service and attention to detail
Had a personal call to ensure best firmness for the bed and assurance we have 100 days trial and they could remove the old mattress from our upstairs bedroom. Only reason not 5 stars is we haven't tried the bed yet!

The service was outstanding
The service was outstanding, Roman (from customer service) took the time to explain the different types of mattress and found the perfect fit for my requirements. It was delivered within 4 days and looks of good quality. Also found the trial period of 14 days and 10-year warranty more reassuring.
