First time using this company
First time using this company, hadn’t even heard of it before. Checked trust pilot for reviews before I ordered. My son was looking for a specific Off White t-shirt which Luxo had in stock. Fast free delivery and updated at every stage of the process. Item was also on sale which was £80 cheaper than Farfetch who were still selling it at full price. I will definitely use this company again and recommend to anyone.

I was a bit apprehensive about buying…
I was a bit apprehensive about buying something from somewhere I hadn’t heard of before, especially something as expensive as I did. I was so glad I did, service was excellent and the trainers came well packaged and were greatly received by my partner. I ordered the Amiri trainers which are now out of stock and I’m so glad I managed to get them. 5 stars to this company, and I will shop here again.

We strive for excellence and our absolute main priority is to ensure complete satisfaction for our customers. Boxes can occasionally arrive slightly damaged due to transit issues however this is extremely rare. The Nike Jordan 1's that you ordered generally have a very light and flimsy box due to their lower price point (in comparison to others on our website) and this means they're subject to damage a lot easier than other products. Despite this, we deliver with air cushions and double box the shoes to prevent such issues and as mentioned, we very rarely have any issues.
If we had any other sizes left in stock, we would replace the box at our cost but unfortunately, you took the last pair. I understand and appreciate that you purchased these shoes as a gift so we have reached out to you via email to follow this up further.
Again, we greatly value your business and want to thank you again for shopping with us.
