Exceptional Auction House - The Best
At a recent Auction, I purchased 7 items from Luxoris. This was my first time dealing with them and I have been pleasantly surprised by their very prompt and professional service. The auction listing had good photos and good description to start. The payment process was easy and an excellent postage service was offered at a reasonable at par price. (Most other auction houses I know tend to rip customers off with postage)
I must also add that the posted lots were extremely carefully packed. This is attention to detail is a mark of a company that cares.
Most importantly their surcharge and premium on hammer price is one of the most reasonable in my experience. I really hope that Luxoris will continue this and not become greedy like other auction houses who take very fat commissions from buyers and sellers alike.
Well done Luxoris and please keep up the very good work you are already doing. I will wholeheartedly recommend this auction house to anyone looking to buy from them.

First impressions are excellent
This week was my first time buying from Luxoris Auctions. Their buyer’s commission is half of what most auction houses are charging, their packing and postage charges are equally competitive and my lots were dispatched within 24 hours of buying them. I’m very impressed.

Unfortunately, once items are with the courier, we’re limited to the information they provide, and in this case the investigation took far longer than anyone would have wanted. We completely understand how frustrating that was.
Throughout the process, we passed on every update we received from the courier. When a parcel is missing we must adhere to the courier guidelines for investigation.
I can see we have provided a full refund to you as the investigation was taking longer than anticipated. While this was an exceptional and unfortunate case, we truly regret the stress it caused you.
We take situations like this very seriously and will continue working to ensure courier issues are handled as smoothly as possible in the future.

Real Sales
Although the auctions are a bit slow it's so they get maximum bids in and a fair chance to buy where other auction houses just buy their own stock to look busy and maintain some stock. At least these guys have their own internal sourcing. Great service all round and will use again.
