The product is great but the customer…
The product is great but the customer service, not so great. They delivered the wrong color (despite having a checklist saying they checked it), when I reported it, they didnt get back to me until I followed up a third time. They then made me take photos of the box label, socks, the bag the sock came, phone number, etc. Even though I provided everything in my email.

Shipment issues
I like these socks, but what I don’t like is that they don’t ship to Doha, so I had to order them through a shipping company. I ordered them on 10/04, and unfortunately they only arrived today after 16 days, but honestly I’m really impressed with the quality

Fantastic Customer Service
While I haven't tried out the products I ordered just yet, I do have an experience that would hopefully keep me coming back. The company itself, in particular, Sarah, provided fantastic customer service when I had an order issue. The responses I received were timely, helpful, and stress-free. Sarah and co. went above and beyond to assist in rectifying the issue with my order, which was small but still warranted reaching out to Lux to fix. I'm impressed with my performance grip cleat socks
I've had a great experience I started this whole ordeal thinking I was getting a hold of Lux player customer support turns out it was lux Sports and after several back and forth emails it felt like I had made friends in your department and ended up buying socks. The socks were delivered made it all the way to my house then the post delivery person turned around and sent back to sender. I emailed you guys again and right away you put a different pair of socks in route to me through a different service. I have received those socks and I must say I'm pretty impressed. I truly like my performance grip cleat socks. Thank you

These socks do what they are supposed to do. The price is excellent considering how much more I used to pay for a different brand.
