Zac is very helpful and gives you all the information you need. Long, Smooth and pleasant journey from London to Malaga 🇪🇸 with awesome driver Nass . Plans have changed in last minute due to unexpected train strike and he was literally running extra miles and took me and my pup home to our doorstep. Couldn't be more thankful. Will use the service again, I highly recommend!!! Very trustworthy people.

This was my first time using a pet taxi service, I had problema with the microchip of mu dog and Zac, was amazing. He took me to the vet we wait for me so patience and he help me in everything I needed! I really recommend this service. I’m so glad I choose well.

As it was my first time traveling with my cat, I was very concerned and worried about the entire journey. However, Zac made the whole process, including picking me up from the Orly airport to getting my cat inspected on Le Shuttle, really easy and smooth. He was super friendly and a nice person to talk to throughout the journey. I would highly recommend traveling with him!

My driver was so helpful! My dog and I arrived very late at night and he ensured we were safe and passed thru the tunnel with ease. He even took us all the way home on short notice due to the trains being on strike. I would absolutely book his service if I need it in the future.

read good reviews about the service but it definitely excess any idea about how good it is.Previous to my trip, I had to re-schedule my trip since I had problems with my dog's documents. To made the change all was really easy and quick. The communication with the team was great all the time!! I really appreciate that since we were so afraid about our travel. It was the first time traveling abroad with our dog.
The day of our trip Nas , the most kindness person I have meet in my life, meet us at the hotel. He help us even to carry our luggage and then we started our trip. It was a really smooth, the car was comfortable and my small dog could travel with us all the time.

I need to highlight Nas help since we were moving for study purposes and he help us at the border. Then when we arrived to England, we could survive only because he helped us to connect to internet and find the way to the city we were moving in, without him will be probable still in the station jeje. None of the talks and really helpful tips were expected and that made the experience so much better. We were afraid about traveling with our dog since we were traveling from Chile, but this experience helped a lot to feel more relaxed to cross the border with my dog. Nas knew all the process so it was by far much easier than I thought jeje.

Finally, I don't have enough words to recommend this service, It is great. Thank you for all the help before and during the trip.

I’d like to take a moment to thank Zac from the bottom of my heart for his kindness, his generosity, his efforts and unstoppable positivity yesterday in our travels. We had some trouble to get in England because of some documents that weren’t filled correctly by my veterinary, but Zac never gave up and did anything he could to help us.
He really went above and beyond to make sure that we could safely get to our new place.
It was a really stressful situation for us, but he never made us feel like it was trouble for him.
It was a great service that I’d recommend - and Zac specifically - to anyone who needs to cross the border with an animal.

We were really happy with the services. We travelled a long trip from Spain to London and ZAC took us to super easily and comfortably. We had a great chat in the car and made it seem super easy.
Our cat was allowed to roam a bit around the car, which was nice for him after hours in the carrier.

The whole booking experience was also fast and straight forward.

Definitely recommended when bringing a pet into the UK!

Excellent service

I just want to say a huge thank you to all your help with the travel with my Cat from Paris to London. The team is very friendly and responsive. Also the driver was very prompt, friendly and reliable. I was extremely tired as my journey was 40 hours. The driver made the journey all smooth and got us home earlier than expected.

We used this company to help as part of the journey to get our adopted dog from Cape Verde to the UK. The shelter flew with our dog to Frankfurt and Zak picked her up there and brought her to the UK.
From the moment we contacted this company we received excellent customer service. Questions were promptly answered and they even liaised directly with the shelter to ensure everything went smoothly.
Throughout the journey we received regular updates and even some photos and a video which was really reassuring. Zak even made a really special moment of the arrival.
