Excellent experience working with Dito at Luxury Bazaar. He communicated well throughout the whole experience. Easy to get on the phone and quick to respond to emails and texts. I decided against playing the AD waiting game for my first Rolex purchase. Very glad to have this beautiful timepiece on my wrist now so I can enjoy it, and not wait years on my dream watch. The price I paid was very, VERY fair compared to some other jewelers and dealers I received quotes from. Dito went the extra mile to get extra links in for me to make sure the watch fit perfectly as soon as I received it. My watch came well packaged and exactly as described. Working with LB/Salesperson “Dito” was the smoothest online trade I’ve ever done by far. I Traded 3 watches for one heavy hitter(for me). LB offered me considerably more in trade for my watches than EVERY other Grey Market dealer I engaged with & I enquired & received offers from several online & my favorite(& only) local dealer. After having received the offers from around 10+ dealers, when I received the trade offer response from LB I had to do a double-take because it was so much higher than the others. I’m talking about a $500-$1000 higher on each watch(a Speedmaster, Chronomaster Sport & and Explorer II(Black Dial)). So these weren’t $100k watches where $500-$1000 wasn’t a large percentage of the value. They also gave me the best trade price I could find on a brand new 2025 Rolex GMT Master II “Bruce Wayne”. Like I said above, Dito was a pleasure to work with. Prompt, no BS, gave me their best offers right from the jump & made everything clear & easy as the process moved forward. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. Good customer service experiences are few and far between in the current “competency crisis” we are suffering through. So this transaction was really refreshing & gave me hope.

Excellent company. Have bought several watches all transactions were super smooth and all watches were as reported or better.

This review is about service. My last purchase came with a 2 year warranty. 18 months in the watch was running -10. I text Alex who always answers very quickly as he did this time too. Told him the situation and he told me to send it in for service.

I received via email a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions on how to pack the watch. Alex said it would take 2 weeks. 12 days later I had a tracking number and the next day my watch and a record of the service performed.

For the 8 hours I have worn it, the watch is keeping great time and I am sure if there is an issue they will stand behind it.

Luxury Bazaar is a very professional company that delivers. Shipping each way had to be at least $100 that they paid for. Impressive to say the least.
If you are considering buying or servicing with them don't hesitate. I already have my next watch picked out that Alex is looking for. Thanks again Alex and Luxury Bazaar. Kudos!

Once I was connected with Ana, I had a fantastic experience purchasing an IWC Big Pilot Perpetual calendar. Her communication and follow-though was fantastic as was buying experience.
