have done business with Luxury Bazaar many times going back to 2003 and have bought many fine timepieces and jewelry over the years. Roman is reliable, 100% trustworthy and always delivers. Just spent 100k with him last week & I could not be happier. In these times with so many realistic fakes in the market I would not go elsewhere.

I received my item quickly. Although it was a fragile item, it was wrapped well, and arrived in excellent condition. The price was the best I saw. I would definitely recommend Luxury Bazaar and use them again.

Poor, careless packaging for shipping meant my order showed up with crushed boxes unsuitable for gift-giving, and steel spoons that were bent and mangled. My first, and last, purchase with "Luxury Bazaar".

How this company does business is atrocious! Contacted them some three weeks ago with the veiw to selling my Yachtmaster 2 to them, or place it on consignment. A chap by the name of Chris very politley replied that they had recived my enquiry and would revert back to me. Several days went by and I heard nothing. I then sent another email asking if they had any progress with reviewing my request. Once again Chris replied "I am circling back with Adrian" and will come back to you". That was the last time I heard from them!! Having sent subsequent emails, with no response!! Not a way to run a business. If you were not interested in either buying or consigning my piece then have the courtesy to say so! I can see why Chrono24 exists now, it negates the need for poor service grey market dealers.Come on guys, sharpen up your act. If I ran my business like this I wouldn't be in business. You guys could do without bad reviews.

Kids will ruin their business!
Spoke with Nick and Alex about selling two different Rolex's. Nick low-balled the price to the point it was insulting. Spoke with Alex and even texted him about the trade towards purchase, then crickets. Followed these guys on YouTube, IG, etc. Watched their videos and thought how they handled the TimePiece Gentlemen situation was great, but that was shot to hell with my experience. I will never buy a watch from them or watch another video. No wonder why Romain said its a 100 million dollar a year company with the price I was offered.

These people are thrives i was offered 2k for a omega 300 seamaster 2021 full set and and nothing for the pam. They state 500 profit is all they make. Roman You are the reason people don't trust you guys. You role around in a bentley and brag about what you make. BE HONEST THATS ALL. I WAS GOING TO BUY A ROLEX BUT ALEX WANTED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF A POSSIBLE CIENT IN MY PERSONAL OPINION

We buy hundreds of watches a week, we made a reasonable offer on both watches the Omega we own at the price offered and gave a fair market value on the Panerai considering its age and sellability. When we purchase watches, we purchase them with every intent to make a profit it’s no secret we also take into consideration cost of servicing and making the watch retail ready (polish new straps etc). Having been in business almost 20 years we do run into an occasional client that’s not happy with something, but this is the first time a person we have never done business with, hits us with a bad review everywhere just because he was not happy with a number he got offered on a couple of watches. If you are not happy with a price you were given, you have the option to decline the offer or counteroffer, but to curse out one of our sales associates and then leave these type of reviews just because you can, is really a shame considering the negative impact bad reviews can have for an online business. Adrian Taskin was an absolute gentleman to deal with, and I will continue referring people over and over again.
He was communicative, clear and helped us both achieve a desired result.
