Firstly I must apologise to Gabrielle for the hundreds of message I sent throughout our 3 weeks in Barbados! From car hire to restaurants, she answered every single one including evenings and weekends!
You were absolutely amazing Gabrielle! I cannot thank you enough for your help in making our stay so effortless x

We had the pleasure of staying at the Cool Wind Villa in Barbados. It was a top notch, first class Villa. Luxury Villas made the whole thing very easy for us. We had a ton of questions and each one was answered promptly and completely.
From Monique who helped select the right Villa for us and help guide us through the reservation process to Gabrielle, our concierge who made sure everything we did on the island was nearly perfect, we were pampered completely. I can’t say enough good things about the service.

Gabrielle was exceptional in organizing our stay in Barbados. It was our first time visiting the island, and she guided us through everything from start to finish. The FastPass service made our arrival incredibly smooth, and our rental car was delivered directly outside the airport with great ease.

She welcomed us at the house to show us around and was extremely helpful throughout our stay, regularly checking in to make sure everything was going well.

I highly recommend Gabrielle’s services without hesitation, and if we return to Barbados, we will definitely use her services again.

We stayed in the Glitter Bay resort and loved it. It was perfect for a family of 4 with young kids. Would go back in a heat beat.

From start to finish, we had a fantastic experience with luxury villas. From our initial call, they listened to everything we were looking for and helped match us with properties that were a fit for our needs and our budget. The Concierge was incredibly responsive both as we prepared for our stay and during our stay. The Villa we were matched with was exceptionally beautiful. The staff working there were wonderfully attentive and made us feel right at home. We’d highly recommend luxury villas, and we would use them again for a future trip.

We had a fabulous time at the villa. The staff were excellent answering all our questions in a timely manner. They also made our arrival very smooth even doing some shopping for us so that we had some refreshments on arrival. The villa was frequently cleaned so that every day we felt like we were staying in a 5 star hotel, rather than a self catering villa - what a treat! The villa itself is in an amazing position with the most stunning views. The access to the beach at the end of our garden was fantastic - it was like we had our own private beach, which was perfect for snorkelling. All in all a fabulous holiday - can't wait to come back

Monique saved us when all flight were cancelled and we had to find another Villa for our party of 13 to stay what ended up being an additional week in Barbados. She made it so easy and her staff as well as the Villa staff made a panicked situation so much more calm and enjoyable. Everyone was truly wonderful and it was the best “stuck” you could ever experience! Will definitely use Luxury Villas for our next vacation!!!

We had a brilliant and seamless time booking with Luxury Villas. One the holiday was booked through Monique, we were introduced to our own concierge who booked restaurants, taxis, organised groceries. The villa came with a chef and housekeeper who were faultless and great fun. Couldn't fault it and will be booking again...

I recently booked a private villa (Tom Tom) on Barbados through Luxury Villas. I chose Luxury Villas because of their presence on the island, hoping that if any issues arose they could be much more readily addressed by a local agent.
Owner, Monique, was extremely helpful, even sending a recent video of the villa to confirm its pristine condition.
However, the real star was Gabrielle (Gabby), who, as our concierge, was our point of contact. In the weeks prior to our much-anticipated trip, she initiated conversations about services available, sights to see, menu-planning (a private chef and housekeeper staffed the villa),
customs/entry protocol and basically everything we needed to know before leaving.
Upon arrival in Barbados, she greeted us at the villa and after providing a brief tour, left us to enjoy the Bajan vibes.
During our stay, she was just as proactive; checking in to insure that all was going well, making welcome recommendations and quickly resolving some minor issues (lamp out, use of the room safe).
As we know, surprises during a vacation are generally unwelcome! Our trip proceeded exactly as Monique and Gabby promised, with the only surprise being the extent of the excellent service they provided. Above and beyond!
There is no question that I give Luxury Villas my highest recommendation.

We were warmly welcomed to Barbados at the airport by Emmanuel. He’s very kind and courteous. At the Apartment at Palm Beach Gabrielle the concierge was very polite, courteous and so sweet. She showed us around, stayed with us making sure we settled in and helped us to order dinner. She made sure that we were comfortable. It felt like home. Gabrielle and Emmanuel felt like family to us. And this is so wonderful because we knew that choosing Luxury Villas and its team was the best decision we made. The apartment complex is safe. The apartment was very clean, stocked, and very comfortable. Monique is also very kind and ready to attend us whenever we need a place to stay in Barbados. Overall their service is awesome, airport transfers always on time, very patient, tours are booked with precision. I will definitely recommend and choose Luxury Villas because they are trustworthy and very efficient at handling everything you need.
