Our main service centre is the building of 16-18 Hatton Garden and houses 12 brand accredited watchmakers, a dedicated vintage department and an entire refurbishment & polishing department. We are proud to be one of the largest and most brand accredited service centres in the world (with service centres in both the UK and USA) and were recently the subject of short documentary made by CNN International which was broadcast across the globe and was also featured in The New York Times. You can drop your watch off at any of our 2 locations in London (Hatton Garden & Canary Wharf), Manchester (Harvey Nichols) or New York (Madison Avenue) and no appointment is required. You will be greeted by one of our technicians who will discuss your required repair and provide you with a detailed receipt once your watch is booked in. Alternatively, you may send your watch to us Free of Charge by ordering our, pre-paid, secure, tracked and insured (to £25,000) postage pack. We pride ourselves on our rapid turnaround time merged with the highest quality craftsmanship. It is rare that any job is 'too large or too small' and we are often able to carry out part repairs such as glass replacements, crown replacements, bracelet adjustments and refurbishment & polishing, without the need for a full service. Battery replacements & water resistance testing are carried out the same day, along with a water & pressure resistance test and receipt.

I cannot write anything positive about…
I cannot write anything positive about the experience. Responses are either bare faced lies, or AI generated repetitious worthless statements to delay the process even further. I have raised this with the Metropolitan Police, my credit card company and insurer. I have also sought legal advice and notified Trading Standards. I think they are busy writing fake reviews on this platform. I strongly suggest that fellow customers contact the police and get a crime number. The fact they have moved to a non disclosed location is a major concern.
They have now reformed the company to Luxury Watch Repairs (Holdings) Ltd. whose address is 71-75 Shelton Street WC2H 9JQ. Under new ownership. My Met Police reference is 16819498. They have been in contact today 28/9/26
Lack of contact ability with Luxurywatchrepairs
I have been trying to contact this company for months with no response they collected and received my watch 14.07.26 and I have tried to phone with being advised no one available to answer for months also I have emailed chasing 3 times without the courteously of a returned email. This was a warrantee repair as previous repair failed before 12 months. I just want my watch returned back. Hope this prompts a response.
So far my experience dealing with this…
So far my experience dealing with this company is shocking. Despite all attempts to contact them, I've had no success. Emails, phone calls, letters have all but been ignored. I sent my omega seamaster in for a service in January, it's now September, no watch, radio silence from the company. Don't send them anything!! All I want is my watch returned to me.
Send me back the money I paid in good…
Send me back the money I paid in good faith for a service you haven't performed scammers.
I sent my wife's Cartier for a service and paid you £492. After months of lie after lie from one of your lackies on the phone or by text I had to get the watch collected and was promised a refund. Over nine months later I'm still waiting and according to the Companies House website you've gone into administration and opened up again using the LWR name with a word added on the end.
Do NOT use this bunch of scamming buffoons. I've since sent the watch direct to Cartier and they're cheaper at £458.
Read all the negative reviews, all these people can't be wrong no matter how many positive reviews this bunch of shysters get friends and family to post up. .
Omega Seamaster
I sent this company my Omega Seamaster at the end of May for a simple battery replacement. I got an acknowledgement with a photo of my watch on 19th June. Since then - nothing. I have sent repeated emails and messages on their website chatline all with no response. Telephone calls are answered with a recorded message stating that they are in the process of relocating. I am now really worried as this is a valuable watch and considering my options - which may involve the police.
Four months waiting: no watches, no information...
We used this company for a bracelet repair once before, no problem. This time, we gave them our watches (Rolex and Tag Heuer) to be serviced back in May. Not only Luxury Watch Repairs have not returned them within the specified 16 week period, but they have provided no reason for the delay. We are very unhappy.
Cartier Watch Full Service
II submitted my valuable Cartier watch for a service on “1.6.26”, some 3 ½ months ago. After a few weeks I received an estimate after thorough investigation by their in house expert, of works to service the watch which was paid by return once agreed.
After chasing for progress I then received a further invoice for additional required works which for some unexplained reason were not raised by the inhouse expert originally, which was also paid under duress by return. That was around “15.7.26”, which was approximately 9 weeks ago.
I have now chased every 7/10 days since with no response. The Hatton Garden Shop is now shut and no mention of any replacement being given. No telephone answer system and a webchat that does not effectively work. I have now put the company and their named Director on notice of legal action, as I have no confidence that the company which was purchased out of liquidation 12.2025, will survive with this type of unprofessional Custer service.
Impossible to make contact
I accepted a quote and paid for service on my husband’s omega watch in early June. I have sent a number of emails trying to get an update since early August but to no avail. There is no way to get through to the company. I am concerned (as many reviews say) about what has happened to the watch.
Appalling and unprofessional
After a second repair, trying to fix the issues from the first, the watch worked for 2 or 3 months, then stopped. I asked for my money back, having lost any confidence in the company. Of course, I heard nothing from them, including Oliver, who is the MD I believe. Under no circumstances would I ever use this company again.
Extremely disappointing experience
Extremely disappointing experience – watch still not returned
I would strongly urge anyone considering using Luxury Watch Repairs to think very carefully before sending them a valuable watch.
I sent my **Tag Heuer Aquaracer Ladies **to Luxury Watch Repairs on 30 April 2026, for a service and battery change. I paid £384 in advance.
I was advised that the expected completion time would be 10–12 weeks, which should have meant the watch was completed by approximately July 2026.
It is now September 2026 and I still do not have my watch back. The watch is worth over £3,000.
I have repeatedly tried to contact the company by email but have not received an adequate response or a satisfactory explanation for why my watch has not been returned.
What is particularly concerning is that this is a valuable item of personal property, yet I have been left chasing for information and simply want my own watch returned.
I have now sent a formal Letter Before Action requiring the immediate return of my watch, and I am prepared to take the matter further through the County Court if it is not returned.
I am posting this review to share my experience and to warn other owners of valuable watches about what has happened to me.
My experience has been: £384 paid, 10–12 week timescale given, over four months later and still no watch.
I hope Luxury Watch Repairs will resolve this by returning my watch immediately
I would rate this a zero
I would rate this a zero. This is a company that should not be in business.
I gave them my watch on 4 Nov 25. After months of turning up at their premises; e-mails; on line chat - experiencing a communication black out, it has been returned on 14 Sep 26!
After a bill of £516 the working watch that required a service is now not working; the crown falls off and it is a mess.
This company should be closed down - I would NOT recommend any one uses them.
Avoid at all costs
They have had my watch for months I have paid the fee to return my watch and nothing - there is no service you cannot get hold of anyone still no watch AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I sent my Tag Heuer Aquaracer calibre…
I sent my Tag Heuer Aquaracer calibre 16 automatic watch in January 2026 to Luxury Watch repairs.
The first part of the process was simple and quick the watch was packed and sent by recorded courier and a quick email response back to say they had my watch ,and it was now going through the stages of service and repair to the crown and I would be updated on every stage.
Now here’s the problem I haven’t received any updates and despite many emails unanswered. I finally got a response in early July to say that the watch was with the service department and would be completed in two weeks, the original time scale to have the job done was Early April.
We are now early September and no watch or any update despite two recorded letters to them asking for my watch to be returned.
I fully understand that sometimes things go wrong or delays happen but the lack of communication is unacceptable and hopefully by this review someone will get things moving.
I don’t hold out much hope but maybe I might have it back in time for Christmas.
I paid £700 on December '25 for my…
I paid £700 on December '25 for my Cartier watch to be repaired and received an initial acknowledgement, but nothing at all since. I have photographic evidence of my watch inside the workshop with the company’s order tag attached, so there is no doubt they received it.
Hatton Garden has ignored every call and email, leaving me with no option but to escalate the matter to the insolvency administrators, Begbies Traynor, and to write this review.
The watch holds significant sentimental value, which makes this situation particularly distressing. At this stage, I simply need a clear update on the whereabouts of my watch and confirmation of when it will be returned.
Update
Update my experience with this company, today I received my watch back, an i have to say the work has been completed/polished to a high standard weather this was done by themselves or outsourced im unsure, but the over all experience with this company was still awful they had my watch around 4 months with no communication, untill this week to let me know that it was completed an they would send it out an today a received it, I would still advise to avoid this company at all costs to save the experience that I went through, but on the whole at least my watch has been returned with the work carried out
Luxury Watch Repairs do not honour their warranty promise
Luxury Watch Repairs took 5 months to repair my husband’s watch at considerable cost. Unfortunately, 12 months later, the watch started losing time and 18 months later it stopped altogether. After contacting the company to arrange for the watch to be returned to the repair team, under the 3 year warranty promise, I was unable to get a response. I sent 7 emails and tried calling the listed number (which is disconnected). To say I had a disappointing experience would be an understatement. Given the price of the repair, I really hoped for better service!!
Legal action in progress...
After 14 months of waiting for the service I paid for and for my watch to be returned, and with no response from Luxury Watch Repairs to my Letter before Action, I have now reported the theft of my watch to The Metropolitan Police through their non-emergency phone line (101). I have also reported my experience and the false claims made by this company on their website, to the Insolvency Service using their online form. The Manager of the company avoids giving his name, but he was the director of a company with the same name that went into administration in November 2025, so it's publicly available information (on the Companies House website). I'll also be filing a claim through the Small Claims court. I wish the best of luck to the many people who seem to be in the same position as me.
26 weeks and counting
I sent my tag watch in for a service and paid on 1st March. I was told it would take 12-14 weeks. I have 2 updates telling me it would be delayed but both revised dates have now also passed without any comms
I was able to make an appointment to visit for Monday 31st via the website and this was cancelled the night before at 2340 by e mail promising an update the following morning. This was 2 weeks ago and I have not heard anything since despite e mailing every day.
I am now going to progress with legal action.
Like numerous others I've been ghosted, and they have my watch!
Like numerous others, I have paid for an expensive service only to be completely ghosted. I've have paid over £1000 up front for the repairs in June, and have not had any response to multiple requests for updates since, and they still have my Cartier. I am now pursuing legal action for recovery and hoping that this review may be the way to finally get them to reply. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Customer service
Very good experience ,Luxury Watches kept me up to date every step of the way.Have used this company on a number of occasions and would strongly recommend .
