Luxuslove Jewellery Avis 

Placed order from link on Instagram and the price was €39 euro but on checking my statement I've been charged €47 euro. No reply from the company and not able to cancel the order and the order has not even been dispatched. Looks like my only option is to complain through my bank. Its only a small overcharge but this is a matter of principle and if they do this with all their orders it's a lot of money to them

I ordered a necklace for my daughter as an xmas present however evri misplaced this so i had to get my daughter another present instead,i informed Luxus of the situation and asked them for a refund,however Jason Roy from customer services decided i shouldnt have a refund like i am entitled to and asked for,however
he has sent me the same item instead which as of today i am still waiting for,he completely ignores your emails for days then when he does reply its like he hasnt even read my email, apparently i need to send the product back to get a refund now which is going to cost me time and money,i wonder how long that will take or if i will ever actually get my refund,but i doubt it,stay away useless company

Braclet arrived but no way was it worth £28.hey ho won't order off them again

Absolutely rubbish company, I’ve paid for my bracelet and it never arrived, the company will not respond to my emails!! Not happy!

I ordered 3 mens necklace and 5 womens email said out for delivery from 1st December have emailed numerous times tracking not working and no response so upset these were gifts for my mum to give her children for Xmas as this will be the last one with us all I want now is my money back so I can get something else but no response from them

In August I ordered a 3 items for my daughter's 30th birthday in October. None of the items arrived on time, then the bracelet & necklace arrived, but no ring. Finally the ring arrived after a few more weeks, but the parcel & box were empty. I have informed the company several times even having to send photos of the empty box and package. To date this item has NOT been replaced desite numerous requests. I am disgusted at the lack of morals and customer service. Daylight robbery!!!

I brought my daughter a gift a few days ago and can’t track it?? I can’t email them I didn’t get a receipt after paying I have no tracking number so it’s so frustrating they have taken the £45 and I’ve heard nothing so it looks like I’ve been scammed!!! I can’t contact them at all!!!! Not happy

This company is fraud. I have been charged twice and sent 3 emails. I wrote to them within 2 minutes when i checked out.

They replied back 2 days later saying it has been shipped.

I bought a necklace or £40. Then a gift box for £5. After i checked out i clicked on the gift box again and it has charged me £40 again. It automatically deducted £40 from Paypal. I have opened a dispute on PayPal.
