I’ve worked with the team for over a year now and they are always very professional Gemma in particular has always helpful and responsive. One of the worst letting agents I have ever dealt with. I am seasoned landlord and know what a good agent is....LV Property certainly are not that. Just there to plonk anyone in and take your money. Their communication is severely lacking, they do not respond to calls or emails. They have not given a set of keys back even though the tenants left 4 months ago. They have not responded to damages caused by the tenants either, no matter how many times I have chased. Steer clear of these guys, they are only in it for themselves! They give a good sales pitch but do not follow through on their promises.

Poor Communication
I am frustrated to see positive reviews of responsiveness from LV Properties. As a landlord, my experience has been the exact opposite, especially since dealing with difficult tenants. While I know LV can't control tenants, it's my understanding that we pay them a monthly fee to help manage the situation. The poor management of previous tenants was so badly handled that they moved out, and we had to pay LV again to find new ones. Unfortunately, this has led to further issues with difficult tenants, including complete silence from LV, no enforcement of breach of contract, and missed rent payments. Additionally, I have encountered unclear charges on bills, charges applied without permission, and the biggest concern is the lack of responsiveness. When I’ve had to plead for LV to do something and instruct them on how to contact the tenants and what to say, it is greatly troubling. This experience has been very disappointing, especially after hoping for a good relationship with LV Properties.

rushed me to pay a £230 holding fee while they did their checks. completed their checks and didn’t get back to me, I had to run them down to find out what’s going on. asking me for 12 months rent upfront like a bunch of imbeciles & now I’m struggling to get my holding deposit back from them. sending me back and forth inbetween goodlord and themsevles. I’ve raised a dispute with my bank as fraud because I’m homeless don’t have time for this crap

There is incredible hard work happening and they are super communicative and intuitive.
I needed my property letting and every obstacle was dealt with - from photographs of the apartment, to solutions and questions with furnishing, all the viewings done by Rhianna and Riegan- absolutely brilliant and enthusiastic every step of the way. Efficient Property Management
Property Manager Gemma was very helpful during my move, arranging a same day resolution for various maintenance issues, making a typically stressful move slightly less so.
I’m very grateful to her, and to Imran from SAB property maintenance, for their friendly and helpful conduct during what proved an efficient resolution.
