L W Smart Repairs Ltd Avis

Wow!

After having someone go into the back of me, and arriving here, the service from the start to the finish was impeccable.
The care that goes into the wellbeing of the customer is exceptional, and it’s done with genuine respect.

The team went over and above ensuring that I was well looked after, and the car seats moved between my car and the hire vehicle.

They remained in touch with me throughout the whole process.

You won’t get this anywhere else.

Thank you for your kindness, care, respect and first class service.

Lovely paint job, first class service from start to finish. These people know their jobs

Excellent job done good advice given very friendly staff

Helpful, friendly and an amazing repair quality, my car looks perfect again thanks to these guys AND it was ready a day earlier than they estimated which really made my day. They were recommended to me and I will happily be recommending L W Smart Repairs to anyone in need of their services.

Quoted for the cheapest version of the paint and alloy repair, rather than inflating the cost to a worst case scenario, made the process more affordable and their skill in being able to do it the more cost effective way is incredible. Their knowledge on how best to approach a repair and their honesty in advice is refreshing.

An absolutely perfect finish to both the paint and alloy are now back to a showroom finish. And all provided with a friendly welcome and service.

Very friendly team, explained everything fully and excellent communication. The courtesy car was also very much appreciated, great to drive and such a reasonable price too! The finished job is perfect ! Absolutely no hesitation to recommend and would definitely use again should the need arise. Thank you!

Absolutely brilliant service.
From the quote to the repair. Highly recommended, I would not go anywhere else

Great service, really friendly staff and did a great job.

The second time I have used Leigh and the team. I cannot fault the price and workmanship, I find the staff friendly, helpful and professional. The site is clean tidy and organised. I would have no hesitation in recommending L W smart repair.

Great service and fair prices. Really pleased with the work done and the time taken.

Work completed to an excellent standard. Friendly and helpful staff who were happy to accommodate our quite specific dates for when we needed the work to be completed. Would definitely recommend and use them again. Thanks Leigh and team!

I've used this company three times now over the years. The work has ranged from rust & corrosion work to new body panels and now accident repairs. The quality of work makes the car look brand new again. (07 reg). The rust and corrosion work carried out many years ago under the rear wheel arches has already outlasted my expectations and is still looking good. Customer service is excellent too. Can't fault it.

Kept me updated regularly. Did a superb paint job and an round bunch of friendly staff

A friend recommended LWSmart repairs 2 me and I am so pleased she. did. When my car got bumped I didn’t know we’re 2 start we’re 2 go. This is a really friendly professional bodyshop, with a pragmatic approach to their work, and to what can be achieved. They have a great deal of expertise and willingness to produce a fantastic job, and there is no where else I'd take my bodywork repairs to.

Had a brilliant experience with these guys. From start to finish, the service was amazing. The rear bumper looks brand new. Would highly recommend.

The team are nice and friendly, very informative of what needs to be done and how it’s going to be done. Quality of work is perfect, would definitely recommend

Great communication whilst the job was ongoing. Good explanations as to why , and how the Job needed to progress and fair charges.
