The service and information from all the staff on the phone was clear and helpful. Fitting was pleasant nice lad attended the house. No trouble neat job. Getting the plan to change over was made easy by Albany over the phone . Certificate accepted by insurance no problem. Happy to continue using 👍

I found the staff very friendly and helpful when setting up a new subscription for my motorhome . Nicole in particular was very knowledgeable and reassuring when I was struggling to set up the App. How refreshing in this day and age to deal with actual people as opposed to robot scripted chat !

Phone lines sometimes very busy and it is difficult to get through to speak to someone. We had a new tracker to transfer to our subscription. We had to leave messages and it wasn’t until the next day that someone got back to us. So we were a little frustrated about that.
When we eventually spoke to customer service, the support was excellent, Liam Quinn was very polite, professional, patient and empathetic and transferred it with ease. We did have to phone back as the tracker wasn’t updating but he solved it quickly and efficiently.

I was having an issue with my spare key…
I was having an issue with my spare key fob. After contacting my supplying dealer ship they put me in touch directly with Moving Intelligence, their phone line was busy but they put my call into their system and call back within a few minutes. Liam was very patient and talked me through the issue and very quickly the problem was resolved.

New to this alarm
Had alarm fitted recently, so im still learning . Accidental triggers were met with a very swift response to check all was well, and when I had an issue restting the alarm and called MI , Liam in tech support was very attentive to the problem , fixed it in seconds and then spent time explaining the system (as the alarm was originally fitted through a dealership) . Followed it up with an email to check all was well and including a guide to the system
