This is the second time we have had moving intelligence alarm and tracking on a caravan. It gives peace of mind that we are doing everything we can to protect our caravan.
The whole process of getting the alarm and tracker activated was very simple and painless!
Liam was able to guide me through the process and in just a few minutes everything was working perfectly.
We have always found the service and staff to be helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
We would have no hesitation in recommending moving intelligence to anyone wanting to protect their caravan or other vehicle.

I contacted customer service and spoke to Nicole who was very helpful and nice on the phone.
I had just purchased a motorhome and wanted to set up the alarm system.
Nicole helped me through the issue and gave great advice.
I found Nicole very easy to talk to and would not hesitate to call her again if I had any issues with the security devices fitted to my motorhome

Nicole was able to answer all our questions regarding the newly installed system. She was clear and we were very happy with how she dealt with us.

With my vehicle came a Moving Intelligence system and I phoned to register my details. Albany Bradley of MI could not have been helpful and informative and responded to my every question with clarity and patience. When I first called after my tracker was installed, it was on the system and ready to go. I spoke to Liam Quinn who was polite and professional and answered my questions in full. He sent all the required information by email making my tracker setup quick and easy. First class.

Just had a new Phantom Pro 3 system activated on our new caravan, a few days before we collect it, and I had a couple of emails and a phone call after the alarm went off, causing some confusion. I spoke to Nicole at MI and she was most helpful explaining the new system and how it differed from the previous system we were using, and even sent me through the manual for the system - most helpful

Good that we get alerts within minutes. Automated system gives options for false alarm and to mute for 30 minutes but this doesn’t work and the system continues to call repeatedly. Very frustrating and annoying for a genuine false alarm. Better when it was a human calling with the initial alert.

I have been meaning to renew my caravan tracking cover with Moving Intelligence for several weeks now, but had not managed to do so until today - having been kept busy elsewhere. Instead of renewing online, I decided to talk to someone and that person turned out to be Albany Bradley. After the usual keypad option choices had occurred at the start of the call, I was quickly welcomed by Albany. I was immediately recognised and asked how she could be of assistance? The renewal process was fast, efficient and thorough, and it all happened seamlessly. Albany had arranged my cover within minutes and I was good to go, knowing that the documents were already sat in my email in-box. I was very content with the support received from Moving Intelligence in general but was most impressed with my interaction with Albany. She was a shining example of how to deal successfully with a customer and is a great credit to this company. It goes to prove that human to human communication can be just as fast and efficient as online transactions and they are certainly more enjoyable.

Today I signed up to a new service for my vehicle and the process was made easy and straight forward by Nicole who sorted everything out so I'm now up running and being tracked wherever I go or more importantly if the vehicle goes somewhere without me!

Having just bought our first (very expensive) Motorhome we needed a first rate tracker. Nicole at moving intelligence was fantastic. She is extremely knowledgable and offered us options to help us decide on the best product and subscription. Nicole then set up our account, sent all of our documents via e mail during the call and talked us through the app to monitor the Motorhome remotely. She then followed up with an e mail. I wish all services were so good! Well done Nicole, customers for life!! You deserve the 5 stars!

These guys couldn’t have been more helpful. Delay picking up van after installation but didn’t need to start subscription until van ready. Albany was really pleasant to deal and a credit to the team. Really good app and easy to use.

Ordered on a Tuesday and fob arrived early next day with free postage. Item as described.

I called to check on subscription renewal rates and got through to Nicole Aspinall. She had all the information and answered my question immediately. Having just had the tracker fitted I also had a question regarding the use of the tracker and once again Nicole had all the answers and explained the use of the PIN code and Service Mode. Nicole had all the information and explained it and a very precise and friendly way. She is a star!

Had a call from centre after activation of PIR attached to alarm. Very swift response. Initially came to landline but system wouldnt respond to key press as requested. Then call from a real person on mobile - All sorted.
Had to reinstall app on phone for some reaason. Nowe fully functional.

Our caravan tracker was registered by our dealer but still needed to be authenticated. It couldn’t have been easier. Just a few details and telephone numbers, downloaded the app and away we went. Liam explained everything clearly, including the ongoing subscription fees and offered help should we need it in the future.

Liam in the tech department was very professional and so easy to work with, a pleasure to do business with and not easy as a wire had come loose but again all excellant.
