Moving house Lyons Bowe have it covered
If, like me, you’ve moved house before, you’ll know just how difficult and stressful the legal side of the process can be. Trying to make sure you have all the documents in one place, that you’ve signed the right document in the right place, finding a printer when you need one, and then trying to understand exactly where you are in the process. Normally, it’s a complete nightmare.
However, Lyons Bowe really do have this covered.
From the start, you have an onboarding team, followed by dedicated teams dealing with the legal paperwork and completion. But what really makes the difference is their app.
Everything you need is in one place and you can see exactly what you need to do live. If your solicitor needs you to read, review or sign a document, you can do it wherever you are. No printing, no posting, no fuss and, most importantly, no unnecessary delay. Everything is instantaneous and tracked, so you always know what has been completed and what is still outstanding.
Isharani has been amazing throughout our move. She kept us updated, was always ready to answer my numerous questions and nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble. Buying and selling a house is stressful enough, so having someone who is responsive and keeps things moving makes a massive difference.
For me, Lyons Bowe has essentially been a one-stop shop for everything relating to the legal side of our move, backed up by a team who make sure things are pushed where they need to be.
If you need a solicitor for your house move, look no further. I would absolutely recommend Lyons Bowe.

I have been asked to resend documents I have already sent before, which has delayed the process of my mortgage application
I have given lots of information,such as bank statements, wage slips etc. My father has also given proof of how he is going to help provide funds to my account so I can pay toward my mortgage.
Although we have given all of this information we have been asked to supply this again. I have sent wage slips across and wasnt told they wernt good enough, only to be contacted weeks later to tell me I need to do them again. When my wage slips and bank statements were sent over I was asked for more information from where this money was transfered from. I believe all of this could have been requested from me in one go which would save delaying the process, which has been extremely stressful and frustrating

We understand how stressful this can be, and delays like this only add to that pressure unnecessarily.

Morgan and the team were super efficient and everything was processed in a very timely manner (even with delays from the others in the chain). Morgan was knowledgeable, understanding and professional. The app worked brilliantly and even when I was worrying, I was never made to feel like a bother. I will be using this company again for sure.
