Lyons Bowe Solicitors Avis

Katie has been my first stage point of contact and has been excellent…she’s has progressed the initial part of my sale in an exemplary manner and has kept me informed at every stage - answering questions and assisting me when needed. Many thanks, much appreciated!

We have been in contact a lot recently with Connor Holland part of the introduction team at Lyons Bowe Shepton Mallett team and he has been ace. All questions that I have had throughout this process have been answered promptly and is an email would take to long to write, Connor was quick to pick up the phone and tell me over a call which is an excellent service in my opinion. We are looking forward to seeing our the rest of our house sale process with the legal team.

James

Great service (we were a little slow to respond and they were very patient with us). Also very cost effective by leaving a donation in our Wills to MIND.

I would highly recommend Lyons Bowe in dealing with a property sale. Each team I dealt with through out the process were friendly, efficient and kept me informed at each stage. I would especially say a big thank you to Bethany Baker for the hard work she put in on the final day to get the contract exchange and completion done on the same day.

They demonstrated a high level of attentiveness and patience throughout the process, particularly as the transaction involved an international giftor and required additional documentation. They provided comprehensive support with all the necessary paperwork, ensuring that the purchase progressed smoothly and efficiently.

Just started the bungalow sale with Lyons Bowe and so far excellent service with Prerana Das who helped me through the initial form filling, next to legal team!!

Very positive experience in the early stages of my property sale. The team including Charlotte and Holly were professional and approachable and I would highly recommend.

Lyons Bowe team members are very helpful and polite. They are very efficient in progressing our house purchase and sale as quickly as possible. We have been kept informed at all stages by phone and email, and through their app.

I can highly recommend Lyons Bowe Solicitors to smoothly get you through the stressful process of selling and buying a new property. Both Lauren Cray, Team Leader, and Michael Russell, Legal Assistant, were super efficient and helpful from start to finish and made it a clear and calm experience.

Thank you to Naduni and colleagues at Lyons Bowe for a smooth and stress free process whilst processing the sale of our Mother's house. Would recommend

I was recommended to use this solicitor by my estate agent. All went well with no major problems. I went to the frome office a few times and met with a very friendly group of people. If you are selling a house i recommend you try this company. Thanks guys....

Wanted to change our will but was quoted extortionate prices by companies that only seemed interested in cost ,but then had a quote from lions bowe which I thought was to our reckoning, Andrea was very professional and helpful went through every stage of processing couldn't wish for better service and affordability would thourgly recommend this company.

I have had a poor experience in the past with another solicitor but from the off Lyons Bowe were fantastic. Everyone on the team (especially Toni-Marie, Jonas & Abi) were always very responsive, helpful and professional. I was consistently kept up-to-date on how things were progressing and always felt confident that everything was under control.

They helped make what can be an extremely stressful experience go as smoothly as possible.

I will be sure to recommend Lyons Bowe to friends in the future.

Would highly recommend Lyons Bowe for conveyancing - we used them to sell a property and now in process of buying one! Excellent communication throughout with regular updates. The app is straightforward to use and understand. Thanks to Delanie Robinson for help in the initial stages as we have now been moved on to the legal team for final stages.

Clarity of information; prompt replies to emails; assistance with providing proof of identity; all in all excellent customer service.

Great communication so far :)

I had an excellent experience with Lyons Bowe Solicitors from start to finish when purchasing my first home.

Throughout the process, every member of the team was professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Communication was clear, timely, and I was kept informed at every stage of the transaction.

I would especially like to thank Isharani Punchihewa for guiding me through the early stages of the conveyancing process, Naduni Fonseka for her outstanding support during exchange and completion, Finn Erasmus for keeping me updated before completion, Isobel Whittaker for confirming the successful completion of my purchase, and Zoe Spencer for leading such a professional and customer-focused team.

Buying a home can be a stressful experience, but Lyons Bowe made the entire process smooth, organised, and reassuring. I always felt supported, and every question I had was answered promptly and professionally.

I am truly grateful to everyone at Lyons Bowe for helping me become the owner of my new home. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an efficient, knowledgeable, and caring conveyancing team.

Thank you all once again for your excellent service.
