A friend of mine pointed me toward Pellpax as a source to purchase a CO2 powered air pistol. I specifically wanted a replica copy of the German Walther Luger.

The process was easy and the requirements for age verification and proof of identity were clear. The pistol arrived as per order. This company is what others should aspire to be like. Although timelines can be a little slow due to the nature of the delivery system (private couriers vs national as they are handling 'dangerous goods' etc) Their customer service is exceptional.

I bought a cheap pistol which unfortunately malfunctioned on first use, I called them up and they offered me a replacement immediately. The same model wasn't in stock but they allowed me a slightly better product (and more expensive) instead.

Worst company on the planet DO NOT BUY FROM THEM they sell faulty items then send threatening messages and harass you when you want a refund!!! Disgusting customer service dont waste your time!
