Didn't like the overall experience
Not fully happy, van was too small so had to leave things behind, they parked on the street even tho I had free parking at my property they got a parking ticket obviously and then asked me to pay for it, when arrived at final destination and the packages where all out of the van they quickly left without giving me a chance to check if everything was ok. Not very happy.

Paid Extra for Chaos – Poor Experience with M25 Movers
I’m very disappointed with the unpacking service provided by M25 Movers during our house move. I paid extra specifically for this service, expecting a professional and organized experience. Unfortunately, what I received was quite the opposite.
The unpacking team removed items from the boxes and placed them in random, illogical locations. For example:
• Cutlery was dumped into a drawer meant for pots
• A wall clock was oddly placed inside a kitchen drawer
• Our clothes were scattered and not placed in the same locations as they were in our previous home
This lack of care has created a lot of unnecessary stress and extra work for us—completely defeating the purpose of paying for an unpacking service in the first place.
What makes it worse is that I tried to contact M25 Movers and submitted a complaint, but no one has responded. After hearing good things about this company, I expected much better service and customer care.
Very disappointing experience overall. I would not recommend the unpacking service based on this.

Used m25 movers back in october to…
Used m25 movers back in october to move, they ripped our garden furniture fabric sofas. They are quite pricey, as a resolution they offered £125 compensation or to pay for upholstery costs, it has taken me a long time to try finally source fabric and the right upholster for the job, but because the cost is now too high, apparently as the case was first bought up a few months ago (even though i reported it to them the very next day in october), apparently the only option is now £125. If I was you I WOULDN'T use them for your removal service just in case anything goes wrong, they bleet on about customer service but I have to be honest I've found the whole process quite difficult and the fact the "claims" team have no phone line should also ring alarm bells to anyone thinking of using them. Be wary of how many fake 5 star reviews might be on this page as well!
Update, spoke to a guy called gabriel who was extremely rude and basically just hung up on me saying they won't honour anything they offered before? what kind of company service is this?
Update......now told me I'm harrassing them because I sent over a copy of the invoice from the upholstery company? How is that harrassment? the sofa didn't have a massive rip in both sides of it when it was handed to them however much "wear and tear" they want to say.

We’re genuinely disappointed to read your review — not because of your claim, but because of the selective way you’ve presented events.
Your move took place over five months ago in October, and since then, we've responded promptly and respectfully each time you've contacted us, despite the growing gap between the alleged issue and each new complaint. The item in question — a garden sofa — was neither wrapped, protected, nor boxed when handed over to our crew. It arrived to us already in a condition that raised questions about its previous use and wear.
After a thorough internal investigation, including images, crew notes, and correspondence history, we made a goodwill offer of £125. You’ve chosen to describe this as a “take it or leave it” attitude — we’d call it what it is: a fair and final resolution to an unreasonable and unproven claim.
We understand the frustration of seeing wear on expensive items — but what we don’t tolerate is misrepresentation, harassment, or repeated attempts to claim more than what’s fair, especially after this much time has passed.
We’ll leave it to the public to decide: a move from 5 months ago, intermittent complaints, no protective packaging, and now a £5,000 compensation claim over a patio item.
Thanks for the reminder why documentation and integrity matter.

Ok, but not amazing.
Did not work exactly, as promised.
On the first day, only 2 people came and worked only till 2 pm, leaving half the packing. That delayed the packing for the next day, and we could only move the stuff after 2 pm the next day. There wasn't enough time to put everything in place.
But overall, moved everything that we wanted and the guys were very friendly.
