Definitely 5 Stars. They were absolutely wonderful. We only had one issue, my daughter’s bed frame broke. Not sure what the problem was but new one is arriving today and they very kindly said they would dispose of it for me at the recycling centre, which was absolutely wonderful. Otherwise everything moved in a very professional way.i woukd certainly recommend your company.
I’m so sorry for the delay in sending this but we haven’t stopped.

Dishonest and misleading
Absolutely appalling experience. This company advertises a fully refundable £5 reservation fee — a blatant lie. After deciding not to go ahead with the booking, I requested my refund, only to be told they won’t return my money but will instead "hold my booking" as credit. That’s not a refund — it’s theft with extra steps.
Their terms are misleading and feel deliberately designed to trick people into parting with money they have no intention of giving back. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy being scammed out of small amounts for no service at all.

At no point did we refuse to refund it — we simply asked whether you wanted to keep the booking active, in case you were still deciding. That’s not misleading or dishonest — it’s part of offering flexibility to customers, especially when schedules shift.
Your review includes language like “theft,” “scam,” and “deliberately designed to trick people” — none of which reflect the facts of this situation. There was no move. No service delivered. No money kept.
We pride ourselves on transparency, professionalism, and customer care — and we’ll always respond publicly when false claims are made.
