We had the pleasure of having team Kung Fu Panda
We had the pleasure of having team ‘Kung Fu Panda’ with George at the helm. They arrived early, got set up and immediately went to work with moving everything we had packed. The van was filled within an hour. The team were equally as fantastic when unloading at the new address and even moved our (very heavy) desks up to the top floor for us to save us the trouble later.
Highly recommend - the whole company has great communication and they ensure you’re as ready as can be for a big move.

A mixed bag
A mixed bag. Whilst we were impressed with the two guys who moved us, we had some issues. Having obtained various quotes, I specifically mentioned one item did not fit in the lift, the floor my property was on and asked if they charged additional fees if the move went over a certain number of hours. The reply great question, no, the fee quoted is all in. Once i paid my deposit, suddenly they noticed the point about the stairs and tried to charge almost £350 more. I argued this and they agreed to reduce this down to ensure they were cheaper than my closest quote.
On moving day, they arrived at 8am, and at midday left for the new property. I mentioned that we had not had the call to say we had completed and could get the keys. This is where the talk of a waiting fee started. I was then hounded for the next few hours about how long the funds would take and when I expected to have the key as they charge a waiting fee. We were at the mercy of the banking system!. It took two calls to logistics to try and resolve the threats of £90 fees for waiting. The only reply "it's in the T&Cs", even when I sent them a copy of their email to say no fees, they tried to argue and said I should pay and then complain. We were very unhappy at this point, moving is stressful enough and we felt that on two occasions they had tried to get more money out of us. It took a call to the sales person who told us no extra fees to get them to agree to waive their fee for the 90 mins we had waited for the keys to be handed over.
Team Mario were impressive and deserve credit for their hard work.
We were impressed by the good reviews hence why we used them but be cautious of the small print and attempts to increase the price once you've signed up.

Optimus Prime team are amazing
Optimus Prime team moved our 2 bed. We had A LOT of things and they moved it all with skill, planning and at high speed. I have used other companies to move in the past but M25 have FAR surpassed them all. They are so diligent and friendly. Will definitely use them again!

Unbeatable
The team we had from M25 Movers was quick, thorough, and cooperative. However, they did mark-up some walls during the move into the new house, leave-out some screws in reassembling a bed, and damage a few smaller items. Yet, we would most definitely use this company again, as their administration and price is unbeatable.
