I purchased a mattress and bed frame from M6 Beds in August 2025. When an issue developed with the original mattress, a replacement was arranged quickly and handled smoothly. Over time, I experienced further comfort concerns and these were reviewed again with patience and care.

Louis, the owner, personally took the time to assess the situation in person. He was fair, open, and focused on finding a workable solution rather than dismissing anything. In the end, I was offered a resolution that went well beyond expectations, including a generous store credit to help me choose something more suitable.

What stood out most was the level of honesty, communication, and aftercare. It is a family run business that clearly takes responsibility for its customers and stands behind what it sells, even when situations become complex.

Overall, I am genuinely grateful for how everything was handled. It is rare to come across this level of customer care, and I would confidently recommend M6 Beds based on service alone. They will be my first point of contact for anything in this area going forward.

We purchased two mattresses and a single ottoman bed base. Our initial contact was with Lynn in the Alsager showroom and she was brilliant. We were then contacted just two weeks later with a delivery date. Excellent service. The two guys who delivered the items (and took away the old ones) were punctual, respectful of our property and very friendly. As the day was so hot, we offered them some cold bottled water to take with them. We can highly recommend M6 Bed Warehouse.

I went to the M6 Bed Warehouse to look for my new bed, having heard a radio advert for them. Just over 2 weeks later, the bed has been delivered and is just gorgeous. I was tired of my memory foam and springs mattress so have gone for the Sleepeeze Centurial 03 with 7000 springs, mattress topper and natural materials for cooler sleeping (silk, cashmere and alpaca). Once I'd tried it in the shop, there was none to compare. The staff are so helpful, there's no rush and they genuinely want you to make the right choice. Delivery and installation was trouble free and just how they explained it. I am thoroughly impressed and can't wait for a better sleep experience. Highly recommend this company.

Second purchase from Northwich branch of M6 Bed Warehouse. Great advice and service from start to finish. Fast delivery, specific delivery requests were accommodated and I feel we got excellent value for money. So pleased with original service and product that we didn’t shop around, just went straight to there.

We attended the northwich branch to browse to buy a new bed and ended up buying one this was due to the high level of execellent service provided by Brandon and the level of knowledge he possessed about the product he was selling.

The shopping e perience at Tht M6 Bed Warehouse was a very pleasant experience. There was no pressure from the knowlwdgeable sales staff who gave of plenty of time to look around and try different mattresses. The one we decided to buy had a sale price on so we saved some money.

From ordering to receiving the mattress absolutely spot on. We needed two specific beds and the lady in the Alsager shop was very helpful, the prices reasonable and the beds were ready for delivery within ten days. The delivery team were pleasant and helpful and removed the old beds without difficulty and constructed the new ones quickly. An excellent service, well done to the team. I am sure we would have waited much longer for delivery elsewhere.

Friendly not felt rushed or pressured in to placing my order the lady Lynn very helpful and friendly had a single mattress off M6 when I moved about 18 mths ago ,got my mum and friends purchase there mattress because know will be quality .Delivery guys on time nothing too much trouble

Decided we needed a new bed mattress so went to our local M6 Bed Warehouse, Northwich. Very warmly greeted by Reece, Louis & Michelle. I had a mattress in mind but with so much choice found it difficult. Those staff couldn't have been more helpful & let me lie on a good number of them to get a feel of what may be right for me. Not pushy at all, but there when i needed them to answer my questions. They will assist you within your budget & give helpful advice. So ordered the best within my budget. Michelle rang to advise of delivery time & 2 smashing lads, Dan & Tom delivered my brand new mattress & took away the packaging & my old mattress. They delivered with such care. A most pleasurable experience from start to finish. A very customer focused company, delighted. My thanks to you all.

We only went down expecting to buy a mattress but Brandon was so brilliant that we ended up buying a whole bed (Order Number: 88431), which we are exceptionally happy with. He knew everything about what I wanted and I didn’t feel pressured into having to buy anything. It was such a pleasurable experience.

We are now awaiting the arrival of our brand-new bed with our old one being taken away, which is again is fantastic! Well done Brandon and M6 Bed Warehouse🏆.It’s a shame you don’t sell sofas!

On entering the M6 Bed Warehouse in Winnington, my husband and myself were met by a lovely sales lady. She offered us lots of advice as we were unsure of the type of bed and mattress best suited to our needs.
She was never “pushy” but genuinely helpful, leaving us to discuss our options yet remaining nearby to give any further help.
I believe her name was Michelle and we would not hesitate to recommend both the store and the helpful staff there.
We feel happy with our final choice of bed and went ahead with a purchase ( ORDER NUMBER 88482)
