Owned and operated by R. Kevin Kandrick and his son Evan Kandrick, this talented group painted my faded, scratched Toyota Yaris--and now it's beautiful sapphire-blue!

While my car was being worked on, I was burdened by the cost of a rental car. Kevin generously dropped by bill by a $100 a gesture of genuine concern for his customer. I was very impressed by his gentlemanly manner, great work ethic, and helpful nature.

Evan, his son, was equally pleasant, proficient, cordial, and helpful. He explained the details and set a really fair price. Best of all, he promised the best work and he delivered it. He also provided me with a courtesy ride to his shop.

Personally, I really impressed by this father-and-son team. They're great fellows, and they present themselves very well. All American businesses should operate on their principles.

After I looked at my car later that day I noticed there was some spots that was not corrected tried to get in touch with the owner he gave me the run around he didn't keep is word Menomonee falls location Todd Townsend Bad Business (Beware).

In 2018 I bought a used 2008 Nissan Altima. The front bumper was cracked and after a year, rust started showing up in the rear wheel wells. I had Maaco in Grand Rapids, Michigan do the job for $1200. This included the replacement of the front bumper. The paint job was beautiful and lasted three years. Then the rust started showing up again. One of the things I was supposed to have paid for was the sealing of the wheel wells to prevent any further moisture from entering the wheel wells. Also a rust spot showed up on the lower corner of the passenger door. I was quoted $900 to do the job over, and this was not covered by their warranty even though I thought I had paid to prevent this from happening. I was happy with the replacement of the front bumper but not for the rust prevention I was expecting.

the paint job itself looks ok although not $5,000.00 good. the problem is the staff. picked up truck to find parts hanging off front end and the interior was just destroyed with filth. all nomar wanted was payment and to put blame off on others and vise versa. ft. myers,fl. location. terrible service and staff.

Go to a real autobody shop. You will pay the same price and get better quality.

My car had severely worn paint on the hood, roof, and trunk, and the front bumper was almost completely torn off by another car speeding through a parking lot. I went to Maaco, and they not only repaired the bumper but also completely repainted the car. The car is nearly two decades old, but now she looks brand new! Thank you, Lori!

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE IT WAS THE PLAGUE! THEY DO HORRIBLE WORK AND DO NOT HONOR WARRANTY. I TOOK MY 1990 CHEVY CAVALIER THERE AND GOT THE BEST THEY HAD TO OFFER. IT COST ME 2 GRAND AND THE PAINT STARTED CRACKING. WHEN I TOOK IT BACK TO GET IT FIXED BECAUSE THE PAINT JOB CAME WITH A WARRANTY. THEY REFUSED TO. These guys didn’t know what they were doing, too many mistakes after they were supposed to finish painting my vehicle, I had to reject my vehicle 2 times due to the bad work they did by painting it, they were sloppy and very unprofessional.
I am so disappointed with this Auto Paint Bodyshop that I will never back again for any kind of service nor to refer it to anyone.

I had my 2000 Ford Ranger XLT 4x4 repainted by Maaco autobody in Florence KY, I removed the third high mount brake light and a few other parts so they wouldn't have to. Any way they were suppose to sand the paint down and then repaint the truck black, original color. They might have sanded it, I don't know, within the first year the paint bubbled up and cracked and flaking, looked like a real bad sun burn, I took my truck back and they sanded the drivers door and front fender again and then repainted the fender and door, their warranty covered the paint and that was it. After getting the truck back, a few months past and the paint didn't match, the truck cab is dark black in the repainted area, the truck bed looks faded out, faded black with a haze. I noticed that the paint was chipping a little so I hit it with a little touch up paint from Autozone, that is when I found out that you can't even touch up little spots with touch up paint it voids the warranty, what warranty, it only covers the paint. During the month of October, warm weather so I washed the truck and when I was standing in the truck bed in order to wash the top of the truck cab, that is when I noticed that the paint around the top above the truck doors was cracking and from the looks of things they did not sand the paint down in those areas, they feathered the old paint and then painted over the old paint. The whole reason for the body work was that the factory paint job was cracking and chipping away down to the bare metal. Find another body shop to do any auto body work that you need and get it done the right way. It might cost a little more but it will be worth it. I hate it when I pay for something and get shorty work, I could have done a better paint job using cans of spray paint, applying layers then wet sanding between coats, then applying clear coat. I think that Maaco is just a training shop for the less talented autobody people.

I took the car back twice 1st time Dan saw it and was like uh better bring it back to Brian and Brian told me I stratched the paint myself. Yeah okay cause I love throwing $3800 out the window. Avoid Maaco in Tucson.

Carlos, at 126 Clarence St, San Antonio, was great. He was friendly, considerate and knowledgable. He explained my options for a change of color paint job, and provided an estimate that was right on. The results were beautiful, and better than I ever hoped for. They even detailed the interior—looked like a new car!

I had three different cars done there all three I was unsatisfied painted both my cars rims and one painted on window and one was just done wrong still waiting already paid and because they have to repaint they are not making my car a priority. Never do they call you about you car or if it's done Macco is watered down now I have to wait another week and they still haven't called and said nothing.

Maaco of Panama City is not the place to go. Everything going wrong. Paint bubbling, trim flying off my car while driving down the road, them keeping my car for weeks at a time, not able to get in touch with people that work there. This place is awful.

My request was to have my paint job to its original color. I was told no problem. When I got my car it was a totally different color and I was not told the letters on my vehicle needed to be replaced. They did not let the paint dry enough when put on the letters that was not replaceable. I ordered them to replace their screw up. When I being to remove the letters this is where I found bubbles in the paint job and the side fender. The letters that were put on my car were in the wrong place. The price that I was charged was not worth the service I received.

I have had two vehicles repaired at Maaco in Kent, WA. I was so pleased with the quality of the repair on the first car that I brought in another car to have the roof Repainted as the clearcoat had failed. The paint matches very well. Their staff is very friendly. I can't speak to all Maaco's but this is a good one!

My experience with Maaco was excellent they work with my budget and have my Toyota RAV4 like new again I hit a tree was totally lost for the insurance company, in just a week and half I have my car back, excellent job guys very happy

When I was being sold on the work they do, the manager assured me that they had a superior up to date paint booth providing the highest quality results. The paint job took only a couple of days which impressed me. However, when I went to pick the car up I was very disappointed. There were specks (dust particles I presume) over the hood, one front fender and the rear bumper. They said they would rebuff it and make it right. The painter told me that the paint booth was 30 years old and couldn't produce much better results. I told them that I had painted a car in my garage some years before and it turned out better. I picked the car up today and it was much better. However, there are still some specks on the hood. The car looks good otherwise. I chose the top quality job that they offer with a 5 year warranty. It cost me $2K.

had an estimate done $3305.00 got my car back and it was horrible,painter painted over dents in car instead of repairing the dents! ! painter has no pride in his work! i would have never of painted a car if i saw there were dents in it, i would have contacted the owner and asked do you want these dents removed! but no! they just painred right over the huge dents!SMH! then they were supposed to replce headlights,you guessed it! headlights were not replced,had to bring back again. they do not pay attention to detail! they deserve no stars,but had to give 1 star which they don't even deserve that!
