I ordered Rock Dancer jigs, which are hard to find and expensive. Ordering directly from the company was cheaper with very fast shipping and selection. Highly recommended.

Cha cha floats now suck and are expensive. No more! Only thing I'll buy from macks from now on is smile blades... until you find a way to mess that up too.

Sorry to hear this. We would have been more than happy to fix and/or make right with whatever it was that you had an issue with in regards to the floats, though we never received that feedback from you. What was the issue you found, specifically?
We manufacture and sell tens of thousands of these and this isn’t the feedback we typically receive, so any feedback (good or bad!) would be extremely helpful, as to correct any issues that may slip through the cracks.

Heard your lures were the only one working
Heard your lures were the only one working on 11 mile reservoir so I purchased some before going. They were right your lures in blue caught ALL our trout, nothing else worked.

My experience with Mack’s Customer Service was excellent. There was an issue with the new scent 360 flasher and they provide a quick solution. They were also receptive of suggested enhancements.
