Disappointment from a Long Time Client
In the early days, I always would give 5 stars. Unfortunately recently (last year) I find that the meals are not as consistent as they were in the beginning. Case in point, two Kentucky Bourbon Chicken Stirfry meals purchased at the same location at the same time with same best before date. One had more and different vegetables (green beans, broccoli etc.), more chicken and better sauced. The second have as much as 50% less vegetables, visibly less chicken and barely any sauce. Should have taken a picture to share but didn’t think of it until we had half consumed the meals. All that to say, the food in general is very good and a great option but wish the consistency or quality control was better.

Unreliable meal inventory
It’s really frustrating to drive across town to arrive to terrible inventory of meals. This is not the first time. It is a waste of time and I count on the meals for the week.

The selection was not good
Update: they called to make the situation right and were very understanding. They discussed plans to include vegan/vegetarian options in their monthly features once in a while which I appreciated. Great customer service.
The selection was not good. Of the 6 vegan/vegetarian options they offer, they only had two of one kind and one of another. Furthermore, they email with chef’s creations of the month but never include a vegan or vegetarian options. They have had the same 6 meal options for at least 6 months. I get that it is somewhat of a niche market but if you’re selling out there is obviously demand for it. The ones they make are very delicious but without more options it gets tiring.
