I could not deal with your website and…
I could not deal with your website and in total frustration I emailed the Chatham store. An employee who called me was very helpful. I had a lot of questions a couple of which he needed to ask a "higher up" and asked if he could call me back next day to give me answers. He did as promised and gave me a very good answer. I will be picking up my order when it is ready September 24th.
I am very impressed with Nathan I was in retail with my own stores for many years and I told Nathan that if I was still in business I would hire him.
He told me he actually works in London On as a company you should be very proud of him, he saved yoi a customer by going the extra mile. I am the type of customer that if I am satisfied with a business will always recommend them. Macro of my husband and I like you product ( the food) will become sales ambassadors for you. We are both in our eighties and know lots of people in our generation that could use you product.
I wish you every success on the growth of you business it is needed.

Definitely! Some days we get lower stock as we make everything fresh so we have to rely on stock prediction methods, and on days we see increased demand are unable to replenish right away! However we restock as often as we can and you can always pre order online! Thanks for your business.
