Stop asking for tips for retail goods
I like the meals here, although they are quite expensive. My complaint though is that I recently bought some frozen meals and when I went to the till the default was to pay an 18% tip. Tips are for services, such as serving a meal or cutting hair, not for retail goods. Do I pay a tip at Walmart when I buy a frozen pizza or at Aritzia when I buy a sweater? Stores need to get this right. Add a tip for services only, not the sale of retail goods.

At all of our retail locations we offer the option to tip our staff if you feel they have gone above and beyond or provided services that are beyond the normal expectations, there is an option to skip this portion on every debit terminal and it is not required what so ever.
Our staff also make and prepare fresh protein shakes in store and help educate our clients on healthy eating habits and certain diets that they may not have enough information on. Most of our staff are students who work very hard to give the best services possible, we hope that in the future you could reconsider the star rating review if you enjoy our products and services provided in store.
Why is everything so spicy
I so wanted to like everything about your food, but not everyone likes hot and spicy. I tried to pick meals that I thought would be safe. BBque chicken: I was expecting the normal sweet savory bbque sauce only to have to scrape off the hot and spicy topping that was not remotely bbque flavour. The Shrimp Lo Mein...who puts sambal oelek in chinese food? The Lasagne had such good flavour but I couldn't finish it because it too was far too hot. You need to add to your labels the level of heat your meals have.

Great experience
I love visiting the Macro Foods Lasalle location! All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The meals are a delicious and healthy alternative to fast food. And their protein shakes are amazing, too!

Great experience entering the store. staff came right over to help, super helpful, explained the products and suggested other products the store offers. Wonderful customer service for Sarnia!!! Food was Wonderful!

The customer service person was very helpful and friendly! She even offered to carry my bags out to the car because I told her I normally use a cane or walker!

Great selection of tasty and healthy meals! Quick and easy to heat up. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. A great option for one of those nights when you might be inclined to eat on the run.

Delicious Shakes and Easy Meal Prep!
Before shopping at Marco Foods it was hard to keep up on meal prep with a busy schedule, and stay up in my protein intake. I first started coming to Macro to have some of there very addictively delicious shakes! But got pulled in by the conversation I shared with the workers, I love that it’s one on one so any questions I had about furthering my gym lifestyle they had an answer! Always greeted with a warm smile and eventually after trying every shake on the menu, I tried the meal and shake combo first trying the Marry Me chicken and I was HOOKED! The most delicious meal I’d ever had and started buying meals for meal prep! This saves me so much time am I love how every meal includes macros and so far have never been out of my set meal goals! Very thankful to have a shop near me!
