Finally, I understand my health data

Great platform, app still evolving

The concept is amazing—centralizing my lab tests, genetic data, and health records. The app is mostly intuitive, though there were a few bugs. Still, the team was responsive and helpful when I reached out.

Best health data wallet

I haven't used their tests but with their subscription you can upload unlimited tests and store them in one place! Very efficient!

Nice interface and good customer support

The app is generally really nice, I was an user before and imported my tests, but decided to order their at-home test. There was some issues with the courier company (DHL) but they solved it really quick for me.

at first I wasn't sure if the process wouldn't be painful, but the opposite was true, and I have my results nicely stored in app

Just Don’t Do It

Collection doesn’t work, it’s not thought through properly and the lack of any customer support is just terrible. Awaiting my full refund but other customers say they do not do refunds.

I purchased a test from Macromo and…

I purchased a test from Macromo and followed all the steps, including sending in my sample. However, I didn’t receive any confirmation that it was received, nor any updates about the process. Communication from the company has been lacking, which is disappointing given the price of the test. I’m still waiting for any result or feedback.

Trapne

Trapne, koupil jsem krevni testy, 2.12 odeslano DHL, 3.12 prijato laboratori, dnes je 18.12 a nemam nic, vysledky se zpracovavaji vidim porad v aplikaci. Macromo nereaguje, neni se kam dovolat, v patek 13. jsem psal dotaz, dnes 18 a nic, bez reakce. Skoda...dobry marketing ale support zadny, udelam stejne "dobrou" review na app storu.

Not a great experience drawing blood…

Not a great experience drawing blood with their kit and instructions. Despite the high cost and high expectations, the lab called later that there wasn't enough blood in the sample and if I'd like to pay again and order the labs once more. Of course I said no, and explained calmly how difficult the process of stabbing my finger and drawing 'enough blood' was and that I am a huge fan of startups but unfortunately the user experience hasn't been great and the pricker worked only once. The process needs to improve if they're planning to serve a broader audience.

Great overview of results

Ordered both blood and DNA tests, taking the samples was straightforward, in case of DNA super easy. Sending via DHL was smooth. I really like how the results are presented in the app with explanations and tips on what to do about them.

Celkovy UX je ponekud slozity, jednotlive kroky v apce, zazitek a jak postupovat s produktem, objednani kuryra... neni to zasadni problem, ale neni to uplne intuitivni.

Unable to order pickup

The app is not working, it is not possible to order pickup. I draw a sample on Thursday and it is now most probably spoiled as it is Sunday and the app is still not working.
