Worst product. So cheap bad quality. The product is HORRIBLE. It’s a fraud.

According to your ad I saw! The person was holding the item in their hand, Too me it looked like it was made out of glass or something! I liked what I saw and ordered it! When I received the item, it didn’t look anything like what I expected! The item was made out of plastic…Wasn’t happy with the product!!!

The product is horrible, especially for what I paid! The advertised item looks so great in the advertisement, but when you receive it, it is nothing like it!! It is so small and just a stuffed piece of cloth with the picture on it😡😡. Do not recommend this company for anything!

The actual product was less quality than advertised. The pictures looked great and 3-D, but the glass was flat and ordinary. Not worth the price.

I purchased the 40th anniversary Zelda tumbler for my son's birthday because he a big fan of the Zelda games. His initial reaction to seeing it was not great, until I told him to look at the master sword. Upon seeing his gamer name printed on the sword, his reaction was that of astonishment! He LOVES his tumbler and has been using it every day since! The quality of the product is great, and I highly recommend this site to others. I'll definitely make future purchases from here!

I must of ordered the wrong wall clack I believe it said that it was made out of like pottery not metal.

Everything that I ordered and personalized was exactly as advertised. I didn't have to ask a million questions as to when I would expect my order as I was communicated with via email about my order and when to expect it. Myself and my sons...well 2 of my boys are enjoying our tumblers and they are jealous of the personalized blanket that I order for myself. I more than likely will definitely be ordering from you guys in the near future.

Order the zelda tumbler. The cup itself is great, the design is awsome, great for ly coffe in the morning. They lost a point cause i msged them to find out if its shipped or still beingmade. I did not get a response but i got a tracking code the next day. Other than that the tumbler is well made the engraving was spelled right and im very satisfied with my purchase.

I placed my order never received a confirmation number. When I find my reached out to them regarding this issue the said they could not find my order. Yet they have charged my credit card !!

Chris-CEO, the one item I ordered from this company was cheap plastic, not acrylic. I have requested to return this and a refund to be given. I have sent the required information to your customer support; however, nothing, so I find this company and the Holy Resurrection Jesus is made of cheap plastic, not acrylic. For those who are crafters, they will know the difference. See the posted picture and you decide if it is the same product advertised. Order No. MA-16328

What you see is not what you get. The pictures they advertise look elegant and classy but what they send you looks cheap and plastic looking. I ordered something that looks like crystal and instead I got acrylic with a picture that looks nothing like what was advertised.

Item no where near what was promised online, beware, stay away. I am currently disputing my purchase with my credit card company

I was very disappointed in this product. Basically it was a glass with stickers on it. Looked very cheap, nothing like it did online.

This product is falsely advertised. You do not get what is shown. It’s highly disappointing. Do not buy this product

Quality and design are superb!!!

They advertise with a really cool AI video of the product. It makes it look amazing. When the product shows up it's just a cheap piece of trash, that isn't worth 1/4 of what I paid. They try to offer 10% and say well it was described in the description which is not really noticeable unless you look just to cover themselves. Total bait and switch. They have to know what they are doing. Don't buy anything from these guys.

It was junk. Advertised as acrylic, it was 2 pieces of cardboard with a light between them. This was supposed to be a father's day gift for my 89 year old dad. I cannot give this. Very disappointed. I tried to return it, but evidently you people don't take returns. I received a measly $16 refund, the other $48 was just wasted, I guess. Sad. I will not purchase from you again. And I will advise others not to as well. Disgusted.
