They sent an email telling me my phone had past their inspection, I just needed to provide them with ID to verify who I was and they paid the money in my bank within minutes of me providing it. 100% genuine company very polite and friendly staff when spoken to on the phone.
Once my iPhone 15 was inspected, I received an email asking to confirm ID, and receipt of purchase, Which is very good, knowing that some people have stolen them and sell them to get the money. Once I confirmed this the payment was sent not long after.

I sent in my device using the free Tracked 24 label. I was told quickly and courteously that the phone had passed inspection. I provided ID to verify my bank account and payment was made almost immediately. I’m really impressed by how efficient and pleasant these guys are - I would highly recommend!
