Great Company
Selling a phone to Macys Tech has been a very simple and pleasant experience. The phone was received, efficiently inspected and the money transferred to me in a very timely manner. I have nothing at all to be unhappy about. I’d gladly do business with them again.

This is by far the best phone company…
This is by far the best phone company to sell your phone on. I have used several over the years the big ones and they all chip you on the price and never have any intention of paying what they state on line!! However Macy’s were fantastic. I got an email at 10 am on Monday morning, by 10.30 it had been checked and processed. They then asked for me to email my driving licence over which I did and by 11.15 am the money was in my account!! I then got a call to make sure I received it!! The service is second to none!! So use this company !!! I won’t ever use any one else again!! Great work for Macy’s !!!
