Great service.
No issues at all. Only thing is the returns label only covers you for £150 insurance. So you if you have a higher value item and want it covered then it's going to cost you postage.

I was abit nervous about the whole process but I posted the phone out yesterday special delivery to cover the value if lost but they received at 10.30 today 2 hours later I received the payment I was quoted

Getting an online quote was easy and prices are good compared to some others. Phone received by Macy's, inspected, proof of ID check done and payment made all within a couple of hours. Paid exactly what was quoted. Great service
