No adequate returns policy.
Brought 2 of the same dresses to compare sizes- neither fit and were really poor quality. They will not return my money. They wanted video proof of the poor quality and that they didn't fit.
When I tried to return the dresses the return address on the label is not the correct address and the post office advised the address is registered to another company. Now waiting for my credit card company to try an recoup my money. And they keep sending automated money off discount vouchers on my next order! Would not buy from them again

They are posing as a London Boutique which it obviously not as their base address is Hong Kong. My order took weeks to arrive. Quality on arrival was poor, badly made and cheap fabric. Nothing like the photos. Currently struggling to get a refund but they are obviously stalling until the 30 day from ordering period is up. Definitely a scam company!

CHEAP CLOTHES LIKE DISH RAGS SHIPPED FROM ABROAD !

So cross with myself for not checking this company out more thoroughly. Ordered a dress. First red flag, an unauthorised insurance charge of £4.95 suddenly appeared at final checkout stage. Several emails regarding the order and delivery, which appeared reassuring, but actual delivery took 10 days. The garment looks like something from a cheap market stall. Awful fabric, badly sewn, white pocket lining that shows and terrible fit. I immediately contacted the company for a return and refund. That is when the fobbing off started. Replies to emails but no action, just a repetition of 'we want to help you, please tell us the issue ". Eventually after a threat to escalate to my bank and fraud report I got a 50% refund offer via a slightly threatening email stating that I should accept the offer or be prepared for a prolonged fight. It is now with the bank and their fraud team.

Very slow to deliver.The dress looks nothing like the picture. The materials cheap. there is no label to say what it is or how to wash it.the making of the dress is awfull both the side seams are puckered.I paid £40 reduced from over £80. The value is no more than £15. It was advertised as London boutique closing down as the owner was starting a family. I read the reviews and they were positive there is nothing positive about this purchase. I now intend to send it back for a refund. The whole experience was very disappointing and would not recommend Made by Jessica to anyone.

Completely unscrupulous company, NOT a shop in London, items are dispatched from Hong Kong and if you ask to return your item, they send you details for a UPS depot in Los Angeles. They then insist you have to pay the returns fees yourself! Horrible, horrible company and I wish I'd done my due diligence before ordering. DO NOT BE FOOLED!!

Dreadful experience. Items poorly made, not as described or shown. Cannot get full refund. It's shameful.

The two dresses I ordered were supposed to be designer dresses. The actual dresses
I received had no resemblance with the pictures or product description. They certainly were not made by a London Boutique owner. The dresses I reveived are shabbily sewn up, unshapely, sacklike,cheap polyester garments which I would not even consider as night dresses. If I do not receive a full refund in the next week I will pass this on to trading standards and take legal action. From my experience this appears to be a totally fraudulant business.

absolute rubbish customer service = poor communication and absolutely cheap quality - my dress was transparent and should have been a quality fabric
do not shop with them - they would not refund either and expected me to ship back to America
to cap it all there was dried blood on my 15% offer to next purchase label inside the parcel which they have ignored !

Do not be tempted to buy from this scam company.
Poor quality nothing like the pictures. Cheap Nasty material.
Impossible to get a refund, they claim that you have to return items to the US despite a uk return address on the delivery label.
Maybe that’s the whole point take your money knowing that very few people will be bothered to send back to the US. Total scam. Entertaining to read the fake Trust Pilot reviews.

I totally endorse everything the one star reviews say. Total con and I’m kicking myself for falling for it. Dresses took ages to arrive, terrible quality, style. I had lots of offers of discounts if I left good reviews even before I’d received anything. Conned me into paying for insurance , which I would not have done. I don’t think it’s worth trying to return the goods, having read other people’s experiences. I’ll just count this as an expensive lesson in how not to shop in future.

Delay in arrival. Very poor quality. Does not resemble photographs at all. Poor fit. Company delayed on replying about return policy, asking for photos of items. Customer has to pay for return postage to US. This is a scam. Never again.

I ordered a dress on July 18th expecting it to be delivered well in time for a holiday on August 1st. Despite numerous emails no attempt had been made to expedite the delivery.
If, as I’m reading here the fabric is not as advertised, and the returns process is arduous then I shall be giving an even lower review! I’d rather be charged for postage than wait 2 weeks to receive something. In this day and age that’s unacceptable. Very disappointed

Extremely poor quality dresses, 100% polyester made in China and feeling like plastic at touch. Also no resemblance to the online pictures. I also emailed them a number of times on how to return the product as there was no clear method for returns and never got a reply.
Also the website inducing the customer into error as it implies the dresses are made in the London boutique which is also not true.

Avoid at all costs
Dreadful quality. Returning goods impossible. The company is obviously crooked. I refuse to pay over £40 to return an item to USA. Have sadly learned an expensive lesson.

Do NOT buy from this company. They are a total fraud. Bought a £50 dress and when it arrived it was cheap and not well made.
Tried to return the item and at first they gave excuses, send photo of dress, send measurements, send product code and then no further responses to emails.
Please don’t waste your money !!

Brought couple of dresses from this site - BIG mistake!! They don’t even deserve any stars to be honest. Now trying to get a refund for something I paid nearly £90 for but at the moment it’s a back and forth email which is getting nowhere. They said sorry and offering a 15% refund plus a dodgy address in USA to send the dresses to! They must think I’m stupid to want to do that because the postage cost will definitely be more than the measly 15% refund they’re offering! Whatever you do, don’t buy from this site. It’s fake, the dresses are not nice and made from cheap fabric. I’m also very annoyed with myself for falling for this con.

I ordered 2 items and they took over two weeks to arrive and I had to chase to find where they were despite the money being taken immediately. When they arrived, I didn’t like the material (see through and shiny/cheap) and asked for the details to send the items back. 3 emails later with customer support and they still haven’t given me the details to be able to return the items. The team is polite but not making it easy to return. This is not a good service I’m afraid.

Terrible item, paid £30 for a slip dress which looked like lovely on website however what arrived looks so shoddily made and total rubbish, I will not bother with returning from what I hear from others on Trustpilot it’s shambolic and useless exercise!!! Be warned false advertising as they make out it’s a London based company when it’s clearly NOT !!!! BE WARNED DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
