Dreadful quality. Returning goods impossible. The company is obviously crooked. I refuse to pay over £40 to return an item to USA. Have sadly learned an expensive lesson.

Do NOT buy from this company. They are a total fraud. Bought a £50 dress and when it arrived it was cheap and not well made.
Tried to return the item and at first they gave excuses, send photo of dress, send measurements, send product code and then no further responses to emails.
Please don’t waste your money !!

Brought couple of dresses from this site - BIG mistake!! They don’t even deserve any stars to be honest. Now trying to get a refund for something I paid nearly £90 for but at the moment it’s a back and forth email which is getting nowhere. They said sorry and offering a 15% refund plus a dodgy address in USA to send the dresses to! They must think I’m stupid to want to do that because the postage cost will definitely be more than the measly 15% refund they’re offering! Whatever you do, don’t buy from this site. It’s fake, the dresses are not nice and made from cheap fabric. I’m also very annoyed with myself for falling for this con.

I ordered 2 items and they took over two weeks to arrive and I had to chase to find where they were despite the money being taken immediately. When they arrived, I didn’t like the material (see through and shiny/cheap) and asked for the details to send the items back. 3 emails later with customer support and they still haven’t given me the details to be able to return the items. The team is polite but not making it easy to return. This is not a good service I’m afraid.

Terrible item, paid £30 for a slip dress which looked like lovely on website however what arrived looks so shoddily made and total rubbish, I will not bother with returning from what I hear from others on Trustpilot it’s shambolic and useless exercise!!! Be warned false advertising as they make out it’s a London based company when it’s clearly NOT !!!! BE WARNED DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This company is shambolic.
Their marketing is slick and misleading.Made by Jessica is NOT a designer clothes outlet in London.
The dresses i ordered were made with shoddy synthetic materials and not as described, the sizing is inaccurate and delivery time slow as the products come from Honv Kong!
Pointless even attempting a return....just slow and costly.
I am annoyed with myself that i was allowed to be conned out of hard earned money.Next time i will check trust pilot reviews.
£150 out of pocket....people out there...please be warned.

This company is corrupt. Avoid at all costs. False advertising. False information. False returns info. I have been challenging a return for 6 weeks. They acknowledged emails but repeatedly re-wrote each one. No returns info within their emails, only offering discounts on the next order. They have now said they have changed their policy…. Not when I purchased. Extremely slow deliveries. Not the same person responding to emails. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE. now reporting to trading standards.

This is an absolute sham, the company does not exist in London, the product took almost three weeks to arrive and was the cheapest ill fitting dress, poor quality material and nothing like as advertised on their fake website. There is no returns address and I have not received a reply to the numerous emails I have sent requesting one! I strongly advise that you Do NOT buy anything from this company.

As others have said it is a complete scam, I only wish I had looked here first. I am £135 down, after my goods did not appear. I ordered in MAY!
I am now going down the consumer act route but do not hold out much hope!
All I get is a bot replies to my emails. ZERO STARS!!!!!!!!

The dress was awful didn’t fit made with some sort of nylon just awful. A big scam. Not responding to my emails despite a charm overload when ordering, obs written by Chat GPT. Given up any hope of a response or refund.
Is it worth contacting trading standards???

TOTAL SCAM store- all AI correspondence and very poor quality clothing. They’ve basically stolen £100 from me. Please do not shop here.

Item took ages to arrive. Although they did keep me updated on shipping progress. Item was of very poor quality and too small. They claim easy returns. Not so. They make it so difficult - wanting photos etc - that I suspect people don't bother. I certainly didn't. I've just wasted the money. I won't be ordering from them again.

The business is built on the lie that it is a store that is closing down in London when all the cheap tat comes from Hong Kong.
I ordered what looked like a very nice dress for £39.95, waited two weeks for it to arrive and then received a cheapest quality polyester dress in a different style. I have contacted them a few times on their customer support email address, the phone number is disconnected, but have as yet not received a reply. They send a link to ask you to write a review which never appeared on Trustpilot.
I’m pretty sure I’ve lost my money as this whole thing is a scam. It came as a pop up on You Tube.
Please be aware before you buy.

I am writing another review as I have noticed a few 4/5 star reviews. Please do not be taken in by these good reviews, they are clearly false. Just like other bad ratings the item i bought is awful material infact it looks like a fire hazard, also I was offered a partial refund and to keep the item which I have binned. I am still waiting for my refund which has been around 7 months now. I know I won't be getting this refund but I still keep sending them emails, but now they have stopped replying. Which by the way I believe are AI. So please keep away from this site!

SCAM!! Please beware. This is NOT a UK based company, they are based abroad and you will not receive what you ordered. I have reported to Trading Stansards. Furthermore. They send you an email asking for a good review in exchange for a 50% discount but you will never receive that discount. It’s just a scam to get good reviews because they know that’s the only way they can get more orders.

The worst online shopping experience I have had a years. I ordered 2 dresses that were delayed and arrived too late for the event. They were different shades and patterns for 2 supposedly identical dresses.
Customer service responses slow, I have had to prompt for a response on 2 occasions, meaning I am now at risk of going over the 30 day return period.
Returns from the UK have to be posted to Los Angeles, costing £17 postage fee and £26 customs/taxes. A total postage cost of over £40 for an original order of £140.
A good will gesture of 15% refund was offered and I could keep the 2 dresses (that I didn’t want). Poor service.
Please improve your customer service response times and create a UK based returns option to avoid expensive returns costs.

Don't be taken in. The two items I bought are clearly not what was offered on what I took to be a London website. And I realise now, having read the comments here on Trustpilot, that there is little or no point in my returning these shoddy, poor quality garments. It seems that this would only be throwing more good money after bad. I am so annoyed with myself! What a terrible waste of money.
