Be careful with purchasing anything…

Be careful with purchasing anything from this place. Especially if you live inside the United States, because this comes from outside the United States. I bought an item, a cuckoo clock for under a $100. And I get, a notice from DHL,,,,wherever it's shipped from, that they want almost $7000 to deliver it to my home. H to the no!!!!!!! They want me to pay almost $7000 to bring it to my home. For a cuckoo clock that cost under $100!!! In that case, I could take a flight to wherever this country is. And purchase that cookuu clock and bring it back home for $7000. I told that company,,, keep it, and refund my money for the purchase of the clock!!!! SCAMMERS!!!!

Update: they responded to my negative review against them. And they always say the same thing, to contact their customer service, blah blah blah. But they do nothing ,,, nothing at all to help you. I'm not contacting their customer service to be given a runaround and their excuses, like they've done on the many emails they've sent me.

This is surely a scam. Placed an order 2 months ago. No update has been given, no answer to my emails, no picking up of cellphone. Avoid them as much as you can

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

Placed an order back in mid-March...then nothing happened for weeks.

I contacted them mid-April, when i was reassured it was just taking a little longer....then nothing happened again for 2 weeks.

I contacted them again at the very end of April.first days of May, when i was told they could longer supply the shoes as they had no stock. I will now have to see how long the refund will take...

All this whilst their website still shows the item as available, which means they are still taking people's money even though then know full well they cannot fulfil the order.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I LOVE my new croc boots

I LOVE my new croc boots! I ordered the Women's classic luxury boots Crocs neo puff
I am in the US and first found these boots on another site but my original size was too small and they did not have the next size up. I searched the internet for days looking for them. When I found this site I was very hesitant to order because of all the bad reviews. I really wanted these boots so I took a chance and ordered on January 11, 2025. I received a tracking number on January 13. My boots were delivered on January 20. Only 1 week from them time I placed my order until delivery. I have had a great experience here.
The boots are comfortable just like all the other crocs I own. They are very warm. There are two things I really love and they are: 1. the holes are not real holes like normal the are filled. 2. The shaft of the boot is about 8 inches high and it is also insulated. These boots are GREAT!

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company, the shoes look genuine but is uncomfortable and check the return policy, you have to pay for shipping and with ups it over $200 for the return and with usps $45-50 half of what you pay to get the shoes. The sizes is also not correct, I ordered a womens 7 and it is way too small. Terrible experience with customer service

I should have listened to the bad…

I should have listened to the bad reviews

I made an order for one particular item on the 18th of January. I agreed to pay the shipping costs since there are no options to avoid it. All this time the order was processed with no further updates. I was waiting for almost a month to get a dress of interest, just to receive the message, that the item I ordered was out of stock - it took 4 weeks to figure it out. I would have ordered and received it from many other places 5 times by now. NOT RECOMMENDED at all.

never ever ever buying from this shop

Returned the boots per their instructions - the shipment was refused and they were shipped back to me. Epic amount of time and money wasted. Am out nearly £200 between the cost of boots and high cost of shipping. I contacted them to ask why they refused it. They checked address and said it was correct and to resend, while saying they don’t know why the return was refused and without any apologies. Not to mention that I’ve had to chase them for a response more than once… I don’t recommend this company at all!
