As Expected
It was about how I expected. The jeans fit, but they are an extra inch or so long. The quality of the fabric is a fairly thin denim - but I mean, what else should you expect given the price for custom-made jeans?
They are a little tight on my waist as well, but I don't mind, given how well they overall fit.
I'm happy, but the poor customer service and seemingly sketchy based on other people's experiences of this company make it so I wouldn't order again.

I placed an order on April 5. A $400.00 order. I just received the crap they sent on September 18. This company is VERY manipulative and a bunch of scammers! You will NOT get what you ordered! NO matter how well you measure they find a way to pick the cheapest fabrics and make the worst clothing I have ever tried on. It's ALL crap! Do NOT buy from these crooks! "Kindly Note," They are SCAMMERS!!!

Don't order! You will not get what you ordered. THEY DONT go by measurements they do what they want. And expect you to like what you get. I ordered straight leg but received skinny jeans that didn't fit. I'm also not the only person they did this to. Check them out on fb.

Poor quality of stitching and also I think they are using Chinese low quality materials, totally worth less piece of junk that they sent, I ordered Straight fit too tight from thighs and stretch fabric got torn from between legs after 5-7 washes due to it tight ness, over all its not recommended, they wrote fabric was heavy duty and great quality of 11.5 Oz (Lycra Denim 1132) but what I got is cheap quality jeans, I spent 85 bucks and got 10 dolor low quality jeans

Fantastic quality for the price. Don’t expect stellar customer service.
The quality of the jeans and craftsmanship is excellent. I essentially got a pair of jeans that’s like a 400 dollar Zegna jean, but for around 80 dollars.
Fit was off on my first order. I actually had to take the jeans to a local tailor to have them adjusted.
Customer service and communication was so-so. When I reached out to tell them that the fit wasn’t good, they did offer me a 30% discount on ordering another pair, but communication was curt and not always clear.
Delivery time from order to arrival at my doorstep was ok - about 4-5 weeks, which I’d say is fair for a custom made product coming in from India.

Good product, but lacking in communication.
I ordered two pairs of jeans and the first pair arrived after a few weeks. Good quality and made as requested. When I asked what had happened to my other pair I was told that they had decided to wait until I had tried the first pair to get feedback on the size before they made them. This is of course commendable, but I wish they had told me beforehand as it caused unnecessary confusion and more importantly it meant that I had to pay import fees twice, making the whole exchange about 20 euro more expensive than it had to be.
This company makes good products and seem trustworthy, but they need to improve on their communication with the customer.
