I initially wanted to purchase the numbing cream because my pain tolerance for tattoos was very low. I purchases the numbing cream/repair gel bundle and have been thoroughly impressed by both products and have used them on two tattoos. I also recently received the tattoo balm and speaking with the customer service representative (Sarah) was very pleasant. She was responsive and on top of things, she checked in to make sure everything was good. I have enjoyed my experience with Mad Rabbit so far!

Everything we have from Mad Rabbit is awesome. The tattoo balm and daily lotion helped my new ink heal quickly. The soothing gel felt amazing post-ink session. The sunscreen has ensured all my ink stays hydrated, vibrant, and protected.

The balm is wonderful! I just got a very expensive, big, colorful tat and have been using this balm for a month now. I love the no greasy feeling! I will continue to use this balm!

I bought the balm, daily lotion and SPF for my son for Christmas. He has both old and new tattoos. He absolutely loves the product especially the balm! A little goes a long way. He loves that it's organic and the scent isn't overpowering.

I ordered my tattoo balm over three weeks ago and still no sign of it. I tried tracking the item and i am told tracking number not found and the website shows its still in transit from US since 3 weeks ago.
Turns out it has been lost in transit, who knows where. Finally heard from support and they are organising a replacement but means the gift wont arrive in time. Next time i would allow 6 weeks to be safe.

I had an issue with one of the products and Sarah got it back on track. She was very helpful and kind. I would stick with this company just based on this interaction.

Bought the Mad Rabbit numbing cream for my son. He just got a new tattoo added on his elbow which is a pretty sensitive area. The numbing cream worked so well he hardly felt it at all. The tattoo artist was so impressed at how much faster and easier she could ink since he was able to lie still and didn't require any breaks. In fact she asked what numbing cream he had used and asked if he could bring it in and show her. She couldn't believe how little he had used and yet got excellent results. We are in Canada and so I had to have it shipped to a US address so he could get it when he was visiting a friend in November. Hope they start shipping to Canada soon.

Had a small issue with shipping, not the company or the companies product. Although it’s not their fault and was the fault of the shipper Sarah helped me out big time and solved the issue. Great company and their products are amazing.

Start to finish from ordering to receiving working w/MadRabbit was amazing. Lots of easy communication & fast delivery! I ordered the 3 pack of balms & am positive I will be ordering more for not only myself but my fellow tattoo friends. The balm made my older tats pop to life & my newest ones even more vibrant! Side note- when using it on my foot tats I would just run the rest into my heel & now have the softest heels ever ! Couldn't love this stuff more than I do.
