Mafson Limited Avis 

With the increasing cost of Gas & Electricity, I have decided to try a different method of staying warm during the winter months. I purchased this for my partner and she is absolutely delighted with the product, so much so that I will purchase a mans version for myself although I have tried hers on and it fits me perfectly so I will probably buy one for myself.

My review is on the excellent Customer Service I received from Mafson. The product I ordered was out of stock, although the website said it wasn’t, and I was contacted the next day with an upgrade for the same price. The item was delivered the next day too at no additional cost. Fantastic service and very grateful. Thank you.

Easy to order and quick to deliver. Packaged reasonably well but rain had ruined some of the paper wrap. Luckily the black painted angle trim was OK.

Perhaps cling film it first.

Goods arrived quickly, however the colour references on the website look very different live. Hence I needed to return. Wasn't happy to pay return postage since the colour variation wasn't my fault.

We needed some anti-slip mats for our father's flat to help keep him safe. Mafson had the best selection of sizes and colours. The mats arrived quickly and as described. We've even ordered another.

My order did not arrive and when I asked why I was told the delivery company had delivered it and was sent a photo of my package inside the building.

On closer inspection, I realised that the internal door my package was sitting in front was a colour and design that we don't have anywhere in our building. It was also delivered at nearly 10pm.

The supplier said he would try and find out where the courier had delivered it to. When I contacted him the following day (it was a Friday) he said that he was sending out another item to us. I explained that we were in a small office and our opening hours M - F were 08:30 - 17:30 and we were closed Sat - Sunday, so if they tried to deliver after closing or at the weekend, there would be nobody available to receive it.

The package arrived the following Monday at 10:45. And the supplier apologised profusely.

Thank you for sorting this problem out so quickly and without any hassle to myself.

Excellent service & the product did just what I wanted. Will use again

Took the payment then tried to increase the delivery cost to £ 20 an extra £12.00.for a small light parcel. Have been promised a full refund but apparently this will take 5 working days.

They were absolutely brilliant. The doors are lovely, the lead time from order to deliver was great ( given that they were custom made to size), one of the doors arrived with a defect possibly from transport and they have promptly changed it without any extra cost. I am a very happy customer and would definitely recommend without hesitation.

We needed nosing for our staircase and our builder made us aware of the company Mafson. we went on their site and in no time found what we were looking for. quick and efficient service with speedy delivery.
