BEWARE! PEOPLE PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE BUYING FROM MAGCOMSEN. Worst experience trying to get my refund for returning 2 pairs of shorts that didn't fit but were brand new and never worn. I do not write reviews ever but this was so off the chart frustrating I have to warn other people. DO NOT BELIEVE the statement on home page of Magcomsen webite where it says "Free shipping & returns". I contacted their customer support (only available through email) and about a day later they replied saying a refund is "very complicated" and would I like to keep the items for a 20% discount. Assuming they were being honest in saying they could refund 20% then why couldn't they refund 100%? The shipping cost of returning the items is on the buyer (me). I ended up having to file a dispute with Paypal and then I would get an email everyday from Magcomsen telling me they won't refund my money unless I close the Paypal complaint, my only recourse. I wish I could attach screenshots of the emails from this scam company. Really people, save your money and frustration and buy from any other place and do not do business with this fraud company. By the way... if I could leave a minus star rating I would.

BUYERS BEWARE: Very Poor Customer Service, Scam….I purchased a tactical jacket in December of 2025. I returned the jacket a week after I purchased it because the jacket was defective. The inside pockets were not completely sown, so anything that was put in the pockets would fall out of the bottom pocket. I asked for a refund. Today is March 26th, 2026. After dealing with this company for many weeks, I have not received my refund. The company is asking that I cancel my credit card dispute before they refund my charge. My credit card company states that this is my only protection of receiving my refund.

I had a few issues with a return. The process was costly. Not sure if it was worth my time.

The shorts were too short. When I contacted the company to cancel to purchase.
It took 7 emails to cancel the order and get $ back.
They offered everything else. But my money back. 7 emails later and 10 days. I was finally able to talk to a live person.

So I explained and still the run around.
I won't be doing business with them again

This is a follow-up to a previous review re: customer service (or lack thereof). As others stated, I followed the return instructions to the letter including a (required) photo of the merchandise, a photo of the package prepared for mailing AND a tracking number. I know it was received by them per tracking information. They claim my name and address was illegible, so they disposed of it!! You can clearly see in my PROVIDED photo my return address label. I had ALSO enclosed their original packaging which clearly showed my name and address. They are liars. After several snotty back and forth emails (I was NOT nice!), they insisted that I cancel my credit card dispute, because until I did they could not issue a refund. They pushed and pushed for me to cancel my dispute because I would get my refund sooner. I told them I didn't trust them and would wait for my credit card company to resolve it. And I hoped it made their job much harder.

This company sucks! Their refund policy is nearly impossible to achieve or non-existent at all.

I ordered product before Christmas 2025. There were 4 items in all on the order. Two items where to be a Christmas present for my grandson and the other 2 items were to be for me. Of the 4 items, 2 were wearable and the other 2 were not. Had to send back the 2 that were to small (did not fit). When I initiated the refund, they wanted me to keep the items (or sell the unwearable online on my own time and expense) and give me a 20% refund.
I countered with a 40% refund and I keep the items (noting I would have to spend time and money to sell the items and that in itself was not a certainty).
At this point they said they would offer me a 30% refund, or you can return the item(s) and we will exchange it for you.
I opted to the later. Through a rigorous (and in my mind a highly non user friendly) return policy, I returned the items per policy, pictures, explanations and all.
Going on 3 months now, still haven't heard a word from them yet!

Terrible customer service. I tried to return an item and was offered several different "deals" not to return it. When I insisted I had to ask for an address to send the item. They sent an address - that was 3-4 weeks ago. I never got the refund. It was never credited back to my credit card. Company is a scam. Beware!

I recently purchased a softshell tactical jacket and a pair of hiking pants from Magcomsen, and I couldn't be more impressed. The product quality is outstanding—the materials are durable, waterproof, and clearly designed for rugged outdoor use. The fit was exactly as described in the size chart.
What really set them apart, however, was the after-sales service. I had a small question regarding the care instructions, and their support team responded within hours with helpful, professional advice. Shipping was also surprisingly fast and the items arrived well-packaged. It’s rare to find a brand that balances high-performance gear with such a customer-centric approach. Highly recommended for any outdoor enthusiast!

This is honestly the WORST company I have ever tried to work with! Late shipment, impossible to work with, rude return emails, expensive to send back and over a month after receiving and sending back product still no response and no return money! After paying over $66 for a shirt and $15 for return (shipping) I think this company tries very hard to SCAM whoever they can, I have reported and shown correspondence to my bank and will continue with other avenues until this is settled. Don't trust this company!

Ordered a jacket and when I opened it, it smelled very strongly of perfume. I washed it and it still had the smell. I tried wearing it. It have me a migraine. Will not order from here, again.

I’m very disappointed from this company because I ordered light gray (SIZE 32) capri jogger with the pocket and they send it 2XL which is very big and can’t wear it just waste my money.very disappointed

I was going on a safari and purchased 7 items from the company. They said that the items will arrive between 3 and 12 days. They shipped 4 of my items and they arrived in 12 days. Prior to purchasing them, I asked about the refund policy and they said they have a US return address.
I asked the company to stop the shipment of the other 3 items as they would not arrive in time for my trip and they would not as they were shipped in 2 additional shipments.
In the meantime, I tried on the 4 items that arrived and they did NOT fit as they were too small. I contacted the company and they refused to accept the return. They offered me a 20% discount to keep the shirts.
The shirts that arrived in time for my trip did not fit so a 20% discount does not help make them fit.
The company refused to accept the return of the items that arrived after my departure or the ones that did not fit.
I highly suggest that you do not purchase anything from this company as they do not stand behind their products and their “customer service is horrible.

Item never arrived.
Customers service is non-existent.
Delivery was promised in 7-12 days. I waited 3 weeks and checked tracking. Input tracking number - no information found!
Nothing ever arrived.
3 emails to service email and no response.

They make it impossible to return an order. After much haggling with them over email, I sent two shirts back to them. They arrived safely a week ago, and there has been no action whatsoever in issuing me a refund. They say "easy returns" but it should say impossible to return.

Have had nothing but problems and received an e-mail from a supposedly "customer SERVICE" person who not only questioned my honesty, but tried to inform me that my bank released information to them. This is not possible. I received a pair of gray shorts that I did NOT order and do NOT want. I ordered navy shorts and was sent grey, in spite of my saying I already had that color and seldom wore them. So far am still waiting for a response from that VERY rude individual. This has been ongoing since May.
