I don't do payday loans anymore but…
I don't do payday loans anymore but always get emails from these guys.
Payday loan trap is a bad idea.
I applied anyway to see the rate.
If I wanted a decent rate or company, I would choose someone else.

We must first make it clear that part of our lending criteria is aimed precisely at not letting our customers get trapped in the payday loan cycle. We're always working to make sure our loans don't overburden applicants with debt; that's why, sometimes, we may be seen as stricter than other lenders. Regarding our interest rates: they are within Provincial and Federal guidelines. We know it may seem high at first glance, but you have to remember that payday loans are meant to be a quick funding option to help people fulfill their financial obligations until their next payday. Service
The service is quick!! They answer phone if you have any questions and their online application is straightforward But when I tried to apply for a reloan I wasn't able to get the amount required which on previous contract it said I was allowed to.Felt that the loan trust t was a bit misleading.

Now, to address your complaint: in the loan agreement, we always provide information on what the maximum is - by law - that we are allowed to lend to a given customer. That maximum is 50% of how much the applicant makes on any given payday. Having said all of that, the actual amount we are lending is left to the underwriter's discretion. We take a variety of factors into consideration when deciding whether to approve an applicant or not. If you would like to discuss your specific situation, feel free to give us a call, and we can talk about it. In the meantime, have a Magical week ahead!

after months of trying to get answers from their misleading advice, I am now trying to schedule a court hearing and they still will not rspond.

We take customer concerns seriously and are currently addressing this matter directly through the Better Business Bureau process under complaint #24827620.
Our records indicate the loan was issued on November 7, 2025, with a due date of November 14, 2025, and was not repaid until May 30, 2026. Based on our review of the account, no refund is owed.
As this matter is under formal review, we will continue communications through the Better Business Bureau process only and will not be discussing account details on public platforms.
