TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION
So I am updating my review today because of the horrendous communication from these people!
I go on the website this morning to pay off my current loan and then go through the new application to find out I can't submit my banking information.
I call and speak to someone in customer service. I am then told that magical credit is no longer offering loans to residents of alberta.
My jaw dropped as I realized I was just screwed over on the money I sent.
Magical credit NEVER sent out any notifications to me via email or text stating these changes. I am now out $171.00 because magical credit once again changed policies without notifying clients.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Simply Amazing!
I have used Magical Credit multiple times and it's because they provide fantastic service. If I have questions, they provide a response right away and whenever I need a loan, it's always processed quickly. Couldn't ask for more!
