Poor Customer Service
I initially applied and got approved for a $200 loan. I received the money but I returned it within the cooling off period so no interest was incurred. The reason I returned it because I realized I needed more so I wanted to reapply for a higher amount (and I will pay on the same pay date as my previous loan). I emailed many times but received no reply. I called after a few days and the agent told me I cannot reapply and she does not know the reason why. Not helpful at all. She told me to email payment department and I sent an email more than 5 times until now no reply!

This may have been a communication issue, as managers would be able to handle this situation. If you call or email us between 9 am and 5 pm (EST), there will be someone here who will be able to help. Hi Mark! Thanks for the review. Now, just to clear things out: we do not view Credit Scores since we're only offering Payday loans at the moment. We base our decisions on bank statements and whatever the customer writes in their application. Have a Magical week ahead!

Lies all lies, they keep having pop ups on the website claiming that they have approved all these people for loans ....those are embellished and all lies. They make you believe that they're going to help they make you wait then they reject you. What a BS company shame on ALL OF YOU. A disgrace to decent Canadians that really need some financial assistance.

Right now I am very disappointed with Magical Credit. I paid my loan in full yesterday in the afternoon and applied to reloan and still havent received any reply from them even though I have sent them a few emails to see whats going on. They were never like this with me, as I have never missed any payments with them. I have always paid my loan in full, reapplied and they were quite fast in reloaning me. But now nothing and I am not even sure why. So I am quite disappointed with them...

I really like magical credit loans. They're fast and efficient with having your paperwork ready and sent back to you. I was applying during the night and was approved and had funds sent the same hour.
